Outrageous and disgusting policy to basically charge an additional $87.10 for non-usage of a empty mailbox, just because the ownership is money hungry. I do not recommend this mailbox service to anyone, if you don't want to find out that after 2 years of being a customer this is how they will treat your loyalty and business. If I could give them a 0 stars, I would rank them as a big 0. !

But the staff here is still giving the same exceptional, friendly and helpful service that made me love this place. Danny, the owner, was amazing, especially seeing that we had 10 packages to pick up. They've remodeled the place too, making much easier to find what you need and take advantage of all the services they provide. So many of these mail box stores are not up to par. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. FWIW this place is convenient but it's not an official USPS Approved Postal Provider or Collection Box. I dropped the items into the dropbox for USPS on the way to work. I have done so for a while with no problems for over a year. I checked the tracking the next day. The tracking never picked up, which means something went wrong. I stopped by the counter on the 3rd business day. The guy at the counter says everything was mailed out [on Monday since he probably thought I dropped it off after 4:30pm on Friday when USPS picks up] and that the dropbox is empty. It's been a full week and still no tracking action on my items. I'm not sure what happened but it's like the items vanished into thin air. I can believe 1 item getting lost all 3 items? Also, if it's near a holiday, they may be closed. There was no sign on the dropbox, but there was a notice on the counter saying they were closed July 4 and 5 when I went to look closer. There was some positivity - the individual in the back did come and work with me to solve it, although outcome was still not what I wanted. Experience: Came here to print. Very familiar with the process of using their pc to login into my email to print. Sequence of events: - Printed my documents, accepted payment - Printer was not working, asked the front desk and they told me to email them - The documents were printed but the second page on one of the documents did not align and words were cut out or blurred Instead I left paying 12 dollars (cost of using PC and accepting the print), using the extra step, and still one of the documents was not printed correctly. If you are reading this, I would recommend, if you are not in a hurry, to always ask the front desk for support first because the machinery at this store is not working properly. Especially when you are paying for time using their PC to print. Stay safe everyone.

The staff themselves are not the friendliest, they all have the same "I'm just here to get paid and dip out" energy. I came to drop off an iPhone that needed to be sent to Apple as a replacement. When I dropped the iPhone off the CSR did not label or tape my package in front of me. But I assumed positive intent that he would do his job and not potentially go through my package. Long story short, I got a message from Apple stating that they received an empty box with no iPhone inside to return. So at some point between me dropping it off and it being in-transit to the return center someone pocketed my iPhone. Thankfully Apple was willing to work with me and the situation was rectified rather quickly but the fact I had to deal with that BS. It already sucks we only have two FedEx Shipping Centers in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. The location at Exchange Place is probably better but the parking is just as bad. Be cautious when dropping off your packages and always ask for a receipt.
