You couldn't pay me to come to this ups. The customer service is absolutely horrible! I had my UPS package delivered there and the day that it delivered I went to pick it up. They literally charged me a 5 dollar fee just to pick it up. They told me for holding my package it was 5 dollars which is absolutely insane! I have never heard of tht so I called ups and asked and was told that I wasn't suppose to pay. On top of that this is the exact same location that lost a package of mine literally not even a week ago. These people are scums of the earth trynna get any dollar they can. I could care less about the dollar amount more about the principle. Save yourself the frustration and just go or get your stuff delivered else where read more

Let me start off by saying this establishment is very unprofessional and rude! I came in to drop off very expensive equipment to be shipped off for repair with a prepaid label. I showed the employee the barcode she was to scan and she acted like I was speaking in a foreign language and said she didn't think it would be sufficient. After telling her it was not an Amazon package multiple times she finally decided she'd try the barcode. The computer then provided the shipping label almost immediately. I was then told I was free to leave. I requested a receipt so I could have verification I dropped it off and she refused. She asked me to take a picture of the label that had no kind of verification. I then asked her twice again and she finally told me I could take my package elsewhere. The nerve of some people! I of course then asked to speak to her manager and explained that it was expensive equipment I was leaving under their care. He told me the same thing that nothing could be done and told me to take a picture of the label on the box. At this point I was fed up and agreed to do so. As I was taking the picture he told me tauntingly to take a picture of his shoes to ensure he was there. THE OWNER said that. As I was about to leave he told his employee out of spite to charge me $2 for the tape. I paid the two dollars and got out of that horrible place. Never in my years have I been so humiliated. Update: Obviously it was a UPS label, idiot. Otherwise I would have gone to a USPS store. Furthermore, I have done this transaction before many times. Never have been treated the way I was by any other location. I'm not bashing UPS.. I am completely disappointed in YOUR store. Also, why would she say I was free to leave if something needed to be paid. Then tell me to pay only after I asked for a receipt? Obviously customer service is not your thing given the tone of your response. I am not one to be this rude but you are a disgusting person. Not recommended. Owners are unfriendly and their pricing is really high. I already switched to another mailing location in the neighborhood where people are friendlier and where they don't price gouge customers. read more

This location was so friendly and helpful. I had an Amazon return and a Comcast equipment return. They were totally delightful and friendly despite my transaction being free of charge to me and being busy at lunchtime. I will absolutely use this location for all my future shipping needs. read more

This location is horrible. I wanted to drop a package and they would NOT give me a receipt. I use ups daily and get receipts everywhere I go. If you don't you have no proof that you left it. He told me to take pictures of the labels that would be my proof. That gives me no proof at all. Be very cautious using this place I asked for a receipt and you told me no. I told you my package was very valuable and you said take it somewhere else. You customer service is terrible. Hence your terrible reviews. read more

Really helpful folks. I mistakenly had FedEx deliver a package that required a signature to them. I thought it was a UPS package . . . This store lost a $500 package back in December. I dropped it off and two days later they call asking me to pick it up because UPS was unable to find the address. I showed up a week later and it was no where to be found, one of the employees told me that the owners "throw away" the old packages no one has claimed, and mentioned one of them had taken them home. I have been following up every single week for the past 6 months and they IGNORE me, every time I call they act like they don't know me and I have to tell them the whole story again, it's like a joke, they're really not doing anything about it and just lie. One day they say they files a claim and the other that they don't know what I'm taking about. NICK the owner is the most unprofessional business owner I've known. They never offered insurance for my package or else o would have gotten it. The package was last seen and scanned in THIS STORE yet they insist on blaming the delivery guys. Careful. You will be charged a $1 box for dropping a pre-paid box off. If not tapped, that's another $1. If you need a label slip that's $0.50. If you have packages for holidays you have to return, I would recommend another UPS store down the street. read more

I purchase from Amazon frequently and occasionally I have to return items. The store makes it very easy. Sometimes, you might wait because there are other customers in front of you, however, it's still a lot faster than USPS. I have used this location for years and happy with their service. Plus, they have great cards to look at when you do have to wait. Went there this morning and got in and out very quickly. read more

Not sure why the low ratings/negative reviews. I've used this location recently and the staff was very helpful. Chantel (sp?) and Mr. Babu (sp?) went above and beyond to help me with a shipping issue where other stores wouldn't. It's a bit out of my way, but the customer service treatment I received is enough to travel a few extra miles. read more

This UPS store refuses to give you a receipt for drop offs. Had to go up to the owner just to have proof that I dropped off packages so if they were lost I wouldn't be held accountable. Stupid thing for a franchise to do just to save himself a few cents. read more

They've always been great to me. I've had a mailbox with them for 3 years now. The best service from any mailbox place I've rented from-- and way better than usps. I'm not entirely sure I understand all the negative reviews. I guess it's all about expectations. If you want a solid mailbox place with very reasonable people working there, this is the place. They charge for boxes and tape (so does every other place I've rented from), so maybe go next door and buy your own boxes and tape from Office Depot? Or else just pay them for their tape. Either way, this store has always treated me with respect and I've always found their policies to be reasonable. read more

Too expensive. Staff isn't knowledgeable whatsoever. Too expensive. They don't seem to understand the most basic of instructions. Did I mention it's too expensive? My friend had forgot her makeup bag when she went out of town. I took it to the UPS store to ship it to her. I'm in Houston, TX. She was in Vegas. The makeup bag was just a few pounds, maybe 3. They tried to charge me $80 to ship it to her. That was AFTER the initial price they gave me of $130! She can buy a whole new makeup case with $130. Absolute rip-off. read more

I understand the poor reviews. Customer service is lacking. I called ahead to make sure a notary would be available. I arrived an hour after said time, no notary. Then ended up paying for a box and "packaging" for something I didn't need to. The latter is my fault for relying on her 2 word answers and not asking enough follow up questions. Paying out the bum for packing materials! I nearly paid as much to have my item packed as shipped. I didn't have any problems with the customer service here; it's really more the price for packing I take issue with! Also the fact that they close so early (which is standard at any UPS) is a real pain in the ass. read more

I've shipped here a few times. They never charge me $1 for taping my package. One day they randomly tried to charge me and gave me attitude about it when I asked since when since they were cherry picking me. They didn't charge the lady ahead of me for shipping tape. read more

Barely worthy of a one star review. There is only one employee who works at this location who is pleasant and professional. The owner/management has little care or respect for his customers. Do not utilize this UPS package drop off! Packages are lost or tampered with, in addition, management will throw around returned packages before even attempting to contact customers. Owner is belittling, a liar, and condescending. I would do business elsewhere. read more
