Everytime I have to send something out the UPS people are THE BEST, most efficient in the WORLD! Almost always happy and crazy efficient!

This location is close to my office so I use them often. They are usually really good but a few times it has been a bit understaffed. They have some cute cards & office supplies along with boxes to buy. Just beware the prices are a bit on the high side. If you can, pack your stuff before you go. Just a hint to help you save your hard earned cash. My favorite thing is that is easy to get to from my office. The parking is horrid but I walk there so it is not an issue for me personally. read more

Had issues with UPS delivery. Store staff was generally helpful, but dealing with UPS was problematic, to say the least. They are two separate companies, which you wouldn't know from the name of the store, but I still can't separate them in my head. read more

Best experience. Stopped by after work, and before they closed, and the gentleman that handled my shipments was on his game! He was friendly, answered a TON of my questions, and explained the process. I was there to return two faulty receivers to AT&T, in which they gave me NO UPS label, and a too small box to return it. I just knew it was going to be a headache. It was the easiest process ever. He explained they have a contract with AT&T, so there was no cost to me. He took care of everything start to finish. I've used this UPS store a few times, now. Once for shipping a package, and once for notary services. Both times, the employees were efficient and friendly. The fee for notary services was also reasonable. There is a huge parking lot available, which, as Houstonians know, is priceless. read more

I believe I have been a customer at this location for almost a decade. During that time, I thinkI have been victim to 2 maybe 3 ownership changes. During every change, there has been rocky times - so bad I had considered moving my business to a different location. Perhaps this is just the nature of ownership transition - but it is what it is. With that said, I'm happy to say that the current owners and the current staff are pretty exceptional. They appear to be trying hard to get it all right and take care of customers... since I visit this place daily I have witnessed many awkward customer interactions... many end up working out fine, others not so much. I suspect this is just part of the retail customer service scene - you can't make everyone happy, but you just do your best. Overall, things have smoothed out pretty well at this location and I've ended up pleased with how things have been... hopefully there won't be (yet another) ownership change anytime in the near future. Shoutout to Ashley and Piaget who continue to work hard and "forget" to each lunch until 3p to instead hustle and take care of customers. Bravo! read more

This store needs a serious managerial adjustment! Every single time that I have gone to take care of business whether it's shipping or receiving packages, the store is not open on time and is closed early. Once I went 15 minutes before closing time and the employee inside just stared at me. Wow. read more

Wow - not only is this in the most bizarre location possible, there is no signage--ok, there's a teensy, tiny sign--and the UPS employees working there aren't terribly friendly. Not to mention that a package of mine fell victim to UPS' holiday shipments gone awry. Don't ever select "hold at UPS facility" - you'll regret it! read more

I had a mailbox here for years until we recently moved away to another state. I lived in a townhome not far from this location and after some of my neighbors had a few packages stolen I decided it was worth it to have a UPS mailbox. It was so convenient! They signed for all packages - UPS, USPS and FedEx - and I got an email when they arrived. We went through two big life events (getting married and having out first child) and we received many packages and the people at this store were always very nice but most importantly I never EVER lost a package. Not once. Incredible. They quickly learned my name and always recognized me when I walked in and started to go look for my packages. The owners are very sweet and the gals that work the front are always nice. I felt good knowing my packages were safe until I arrived to get them. If you order a lot online or live in the neighborhood where package theft is a problem I would recommend getting a UPS box at this location. read more

Without fail, Ashley has bundled up and forwarded my mail to my location-du-jour as needed. Sometimes it was weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The customer service and personal attention has been exemplary. I signed up for an additional year recently to ensure I always have a permanent address for mail and packages that don't go missing and are forwarded timely. read more
