The customer service isn't the warmest. I get a very transactional feeling whenever I'm talking to someone behind the counter. The prices are already spendy, especially for simple prints and urgent send-offs. The latter is understandable, but the staff could always be a little friendlier knowing I'm about to drop big bucks for a small shipment.
