My printer -- with newly purchased ink -- was acting a fool. Fortunately, when I called this location to see if they could print my label, they obliged. I emailed it over, and they called me right back to let me know it printed with perfect clarity over there (unlike my casa). I prefer this location over Waugh because the parking situation is far better. And the staff! These kids move fast. UPS at Waugh -- ay, it's a glacial pace over there. And the staff at Bissonet does it all with a smile, despite dealing with non-stop shipping returns (Amazon!) Keep it up, y'all. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. Three people working in a relatively small store with no other customers. I had several scan to rerun things that were all organized and stood at the counter for over ten minutes while they all ignored me and went into the back. The primary manager has an attitude problem I've experienced before, but this general disdained for helping a customer is new and worth leaving the negative review about. read more

This placenusually isn't too busy, but some of the staff have bad attitudes. I'm not expecting to be chipper all the time, I get that, but one lady in particular always seems to be in a bad mood. Fantastic service at this UPS Store on Bissonette. I went there on a Saturday morning exactly when they opened, very friendly woman named Nicole assisted me and I was in and out of there in no time. As a working professional that frequents UPS daily I am very disappointed in the level of customer service and professionalism I was provided today. Nicole, assisted a trainee that was helping me although she was very condescending in her tone and short when asking me questions. She went as far as laughing about me to colleagues and making threatening faces towards me. The manager was nearby and did not try to diffuse the situation or acknowledge my needs. This UPS store offers the worst USPS services even though they advertise that they do both. Not only do they not have the USPS envelopes you need to do a simple mailing they look at you like you are an idiot for asking. read more

Got the job done. Was able to ship something off, print, and get some stuff laminated. The lamination process was a little bit slow so I asked the employee if I could pay and come back. He finished at about the time it took me to go down the street and get some coffee. The lamination was a little bit pricey, but everything I needed to get done was able to be done in one place so I guess I don't mind. I did 10 sheets of paper and paid $20. Parking is good unless there is an event at the bookstore on the corner. read more

No one ever thinks of using UPS to print wedding stationary but I am SO glad I did. Not having a clue where to really start, it was a complete blessing to work with Celest (store manager) during the entire process. She was also a bride currently planning her own wedding so the experience was 10/10. She assisted the entire process and even managed to help download some fonts for me to elevate my save the dates and invitations even more! I highly recommend your printing services at this location. Excellent customer care. I needed a special prepaid overnight return label with particular info included. After struggling for an hour at a nearby FedEx office I came to the UPS Store. I was greeted by Nicole who was able to print the label as needed. I came into the store frazzled from my FedEx experience and I left with peace of mind because this store knows how to get things done with care and attention. This place looks just like any of the million ups stores. The service was average. The employees were decent, but really the most irritating thing about this place is their policy on UPS accounts. That policy is that you cannot pay for anything through your existing ups account. I don't understand why you would be a ups store and not allow that convenience for your customers. I asked the guy at the desk and he said basically the owner does not allow it. If you are not going to allow for something like that, then why not just be a regular shipping store? Bottom line: If you have a UPS account do not use this store as they will not allow you to pay for shipments through it. read more

Although I don't go here all the time, when I do, they are very helpful, efficient and courteous. Most returns ship via UPS, so this helps as well. They have a variety of services as well, which I suppose, helps them compete with FedEX. They also have a bank deposit service with USAA, which is my bank, which I find very helpful when I am depositing large checks read more

Ugh the girl with the dreads was so rude, she just did not want to help me. The manager finally took care of me and she did a great job.

What a disappointment. Either avoid this store or beware of attempts to pad charges. Dropped an envelope to go ground. I showed person my account number but was not entered, showed weight but padded weight by 10 lbs. Even went back in to question weight but was told not important. All wrong, so when bill came - added weight increased charges, and could not find account number added more charges. What a shame...this used to be an honest and good store! read more

Horrible service and a dishonest employee!!! This store is horrible. They did not tell me that my insured package would require an in person hand over with a signature at the delivery location. The package was returned, because the delivery address person works from 8 to 5 and the only other option was to pick up the package from 10 to 5. Roxana at this store then lied saying that she had told me that the package would require this kind of signature and the manager refused to reship the package or refund my money. Horrible service and dishonest employees. Stay away from them!!! read more

I'm giving 3 stars because technically the service was done correctly. My gift and the card was packaged properly and mailed. However, I did not appreciate all the snarky comments made by Noemi, behind the counter. I grabbed a bubble envelope at first to put my item and card inside. It was a framed picture, not with glass, just thick plastic - I didn't think it was a problem. I go to the counter and ask if she needs to ring up the bubble envelope before I pack it and write on it. She makes a face at me, "no...but that's not what that would go in. That would be a box. With proper packing" in a tone. Hmm. Okay. I put the bubble package back. Apparently I didn't do it quickly enough for her liking. Another comment with a face and tone. "we have the boxes back here. We do it for you. That's our job." I almost left and went to another UPS because all that attitude is not necessary for mailing a package and it's not that deep girl. But I had groceries in the car and couldn't go further out. I don't know who pissed you off today but it wasn't me. Don't take it out on customers. read more
