I took my shipment at 5:25 p.m. because the website says they have a 6:00 p.m. pickup. However, my shipment is still sitting at the UPS store and has not been given to UPS yet. When I called, the man on the phone said they tell people the latest pickup time is 5:00 p.m. (when the website clearly says 6:00 p.m.) and the driver probably left before I got there at 5:25. The guy on the phone was not very friendly and even a bit condescending. He made it seem like I was stupid for believing the website (though, they are usually quite nice in person). However, I was literally parked next to the UPS truck in the parking lot, so I know he had not left. This is my normal drop off location and I have been many times without issue. Anyway, if you are in a hurry to get something shipped for a last-minute work deadline, don't take it to this store. Had they told me when I dropped it off that it wouldn't go out same day, I would have dropped it off at another location with a later pickup time. read more

I love the friendly staff here and I love avoiding the grouchy postal service: The boxes can be shipped via ups or post office from here. Btw, Home Depot boxes alone weighs 3 pounds! So send it in a Amazon box! They rent out P.O. Boxes, sell stamps, cards and packaging items here. Located in Cobblestone Publix strip mall, parking is a breeze. Ever since the new owners took over, customer service is poor. They nickel and dime their customers. They correct their employees in front of customers. Sad. I spend $50 every three months for a copy card. I have been doing that for 5 years now. They don't recognize their loyal customers, and when I needed 3 color copies, they charged me $1.45 and as I used my debit card, the female owner said, "It's going to cost us more than that, we have a $5.00 min. policy for using cards to pay." Hey lady, You should have given them to me at no charge. Also, you should have greeted me with a smile. No one seems happy there, in fact their attitudes down right suck. Poor, poor customer service. When my card is used up, I won't be going back for any reason. You people don't know anything about being good business people. You certainly are not a part of the fabric of this community. Are you losing $? Then sell the place and move on! Let someone who knows how to run a business take over, so we don't have to see your sad, angry faces anymore. Love this place! One stop shop! Fax services, notary services, shipping and packaging. There's a computer for public use. Also sells flashlights and other useful small items. And the employees here are great and very helpful! read more

A super nice lady helped me out and she wasted none of my time. I was in and out of the store before I knew it with everything I needed.

I've used this location several times for the convenience of location only. Two times I have gone and they were not open during posted hours. The woman that I assume is the owner/operator is short tempered and rude. The regular counter associates are quick and courteous but that woman... Today, I witnessed another customer attempt to discuss a complaint with her and after listening to the entire situation and watching the episode escalate to screaming and verbal insults, that location has now lost my business. read more

Ouch, $4.60 to send a 2 page fax! Seems a bit like price gouging to me.

I haven't ever seen a shipper not be willing to send a broken rifle scope through the mail. This shipper not only won't do that, but they won't send any attachment to a rifle through the mail at all. It is rather surprising a broken red dot is such a threat that they aren't willing to send it. If you do send any of these things through here you will have to lie when telling them what is in the box. I guess that is the lesson here. You have to lie in order for a business like this to engage with you. Won't ever be coming back here. read more
