On a different note, in recent days, I have found some updates to the FedEx app have made it far more useful tool as well. The tracking and notifications seem more reliable. I have not created any shipping labels yet, but I do have the ability. I have to say I have no complaints about the value of what they sell or the cost of mailing packages. I've always felt they were fair. In fact, the most recent cost for my package to be shipped was far lower than I expected. It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again.
