He took my first package which the QR code worked for and he refused to let me place the label on my package. At this point I'm already nervous because my first and only other interaction with him was also uncomfortable so much so to the point I was nervous he didn't mail my return package at all. He is extremely rude and lacks professionalism and basic respect for his customers I don't see him lasting in this managerial role for very long. Freddy, a manager, was super helpful the whole time I was in the store, helped me find the items I needed, expedited my checkout process to make it as smooth as possible, and even loaned me a U-Boat to transport all of my items since there were no carts. The associate at printing services was also really nice, and got me the big order of copies I needed by the time I was done shopping. Speaking to the manager has gotten me nowhere. To top it off, this appears to be a significantly understaffed post. Staff members will be called to a window around the corner from the main windows and you will wait upwards of 15-20 minutes before you get an unsatisfactory response. Never in my life have I witnessed this poor of a USPS service in my life. Understandably funding is reduced and things are hard but to dismiss the concerns of a customers is beyond.
