I paid $137 for a next day delivery. It took 3 days. They said it was weather-related, although their were no weather delays here or at the package's destination. I called for a partial refund, and they said it was weather-related and that they would "investigate," but I never got a call back. Stay away from this place. I'm shocked that this store is closed for 2 days following the busy Christmas season. I was there 3 times yesterday and the line was out the door each time, so I left. To be closed 2 days for New Years, when everyone has Christmas returns to ship is quite unbelievable. Also, the 'self-service' kiosk (which is much faster service) has been unavailable during the entire Christmas season (I was there 6-8 times). When the 'self-service' is working, I'm in&out in less than 5 minutes...otherwise, it's at least 20-25 minutes. Not sure this is a business with 'customer service' at the top of the list....needs better organization, and more staff for faster service. read more

There are UPS and downs, and this is one of the UPS. It's a pretty handy UPS store where you can mail things out and get copies and do all kinds of clerical and office related stuff. I appreciate the honesty of the Bossman responding and saying that it's not really their fault that corporate is enforcing stuff. Corporate should not be enforcing that kind of stuff - it's basically daylight robbery. I can't give them more than three stars when they're upcharging to that degree but I do appreciate his honesty and saying that it's nothing to do with them makes me sympathetic, but it makes the company seem too authoritarian and penny pinching. read more

I went in late Saturday, 6/8, knowing I was going to wait due to it being close to closing. Young lady at the front was doing her best. But when she asked her coworker any questions he was rude and condescending to her. He was sitting at the counter I guess doing notary as he himself had a line and was slow. When a woman asked if she could use the tape young lady advised they would tape up her box for her. Woman said oh ok I saw a man using it earlier. The guy chimes in that SHE shouldn't have let him use it. I told the young lady at the front when it was my turn that she should not be treated that way and she shouldn't have to take his behavior either. read more

If you want to work on your patience, this is the place for you. The staff are friendly enough but slow and always understaffed. It's starting to rival the Kingwood Post Office! I waited 20 minutes to drop off an Amazon return only to be told I had to package the item myself, which is different from what Amazon told me. I wish UPS had customer service like Amazon and had worked then to resolve my issue. I was told this has happened to others Amazon customers, and I'm disappointed for this discrepancy. Assistant manager "Sam" is so incredibly unskilled at customer service that I am just .. shocked .. at the idea that she was ever hired, let alone promoted to this position. I have had many such experiences with her or witnessing her with other customers, but today was surprisingly bad. I had multiple Amazon returns in medium to larger sized boxes. I prepared them all perfectly, taping closed, had the codes ready to scan. I got everything into the store efficiently and quickly. When I got to the counter Sam stood there staring at me while chomping on her gum. She did not greet me or make any offer of "how can I help you?" So after several seconds of not knowing what to do, I said "Are you ready?!" She nodded. So I started putting my items up one at a time, showing her the code to scan, putting the next item up when she moved each box off the scale. It was 6 items and she never once said a word to me. She did correct her coworker who apparently misspoke when answering a customer's question so I know she is able to speak in full sentences. After my last box she said "that's it?" I said yes and she handed me my receipt, again without a thank you or have a nice day. It was truly mind boggling to witness such rudeness - and from an assistant manager! read more

This place is so terrible. You are better off going across the street to PostNet or to the FedEx store. I literally stood and waited for over 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon while the Notary was on the phone discussing his work schedule and the excessive hours he is working. We heard the entire conversation. When asked if he was going to help us, we were told he was on a call and would be with us momentarily. Finally after waiting for over 20 minutes we left and went to another notary. The line was so long and apparently, discussing how many hours you were working is way more important than actually working and serving customers. read more

Basically they inadequately trained their employee who did something wrong and they have basically lost all evidence that my package existed. It is lost and was a time sensitive package from my business that I can't even file a claim because the tracking g number was all done incorrectly. This is going to end up costing my 100 dollar to replace and resend, obviously with another! The store is taking no responsibility for the situation even though they clearly say there must have been something done incorrectly for UPS to have no record of it being sent. I have the receipt and my bank card was debited so I did my part. A good business who wants customers would at least offer to refund my cost! I will NEVER go there again. The store it self was extremely organized and clean with everything labeled and priced. The employee working was incredibly inviting and friendly and very conversational. The UPS Store on Kingwood Drive, Kingwood Texas 77345 is the worst ran and most poorly trained shipping facility I have ever dealt with. I was told the cost for a simple fishing rod tube, shipped from Kingwood, TX 77345 to Broken Arrow, OK 74012, would be $188.00. I called the location to speak to another clerk and was told by Emilee, the initial clerk could not have made a mistake. I know that shipping quote is incorrect, because I've shipped multiple rods to this location in the past for $30. The shipping clerk told me that was the correct cost. I went across the street to the FedEx store and shipped the fishing rod tube ground for $27. The package will be delivered in Broken Arrow OK on Tuesday, March 24th. If it cost $188 to ship a $100 fishing rod, then no manufacturer could stay in business to produce, sell and ship their products. Ridiculous. I will never go back to that location. The FedEx shipper is much more professionally operated. read more

We have had a mailbox at this location (4582 Kingwood Dr, 77345) for about two years. Over the past 12 months the customer service has gotten terrible. Our packages are frequently misplaced, sometimes for more than a week. I've been told "we don't have it" even after I show them delivery confirmation with a signature. Kendra, one of the employees, is very unpleasant. She always has a scowl on her face and moves very slowly, as if she is being inconvenienced. A little better organization and some much needed customer service training might go a long way. read more

I was then informed by "customer service" that they couldn't give me any information. I had to get it from the shipping store. The shipping store did not get the info for 2 more days-a Friday. Then the manager of the store left for the wknd without giving me any info. It has been over 2 weeks.
