I've been coming to this location for almost a decade. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. An employee at this UPS location was openly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. I was repeatedly sent to self-service even after clearly explaining that my Amazon return could not be processed there due to the size of the boxes. What made it worse is that the employee was not assisting anyone else at the time but still refused to provide help. This is not the first time I've encountered this same behavior at this location. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Management seriously needs to address customer service at this store. I've used this location several times. Why? It's close to my house but the service is rude, dismissive and not helpful every time. They act as if I am bothering them. Asked for the "guest" password and she wouldn't give it to me. They get a new one every month. First week of the month and she doesn't have it? Odd. Instead, pay to use their computer to access the Internet. Really? I do not recommend using this location at all. read more

This one is convenient if you are at The Loop. The problem with it is that their hours aren't good. They close at noon on Sat and aren't open on Sunday. Just be aware of their hours and find another one close by if needed. read more

I'm a small business owner and I regularly ship my products through different UPS locations across Orlando and Kissimmee -- and let me tell you, this is by far the worst UPS store I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible. The staff are rude, arrogant, sarcastic, and it's clear they silently hate their job. You walk in and feel like you're bothering them just by existing. While using the self serve Amazon kiosk for my multiple returned. It was around 5:30. No other customers were in there. I began scanning my items. I did miss that one of my items needed to be self packaged. I take full responsibility for that. At the time I thought I needed to put it in a clear bag. The moment I start to grab for one this older lady runs over takes the item out of my hands and yells at me. I was so taken back and confused as to what I was doing wrong. She started yelling you can't do that you need your own box ect. She grabs the label the item and walks away. Says nothing. I can hear her aggressively stapling something and slamming something around. So I just stand there confused if I should continue. I finish my items and I walk over and ask if I need to pay for the packing. She said with such disgust- no lucky we had a package that was left over MA"am. I said okay thank you and walked out. Horrible interaction. I wasn't tying to scam Amazon. And that's how she made me feel. read more

Walked in to and poorly greeted. The person who "helped me", had an air pod in one ear and was checking his phone constantly. I asked " how are you today?" While starting my return service and got no response, adding that another phone check, just in case he missed a tik tok trend. On top of that, already being uneasy, he just seemed bothered that the box I presented was opened, and he rudely told me " everything have to be in one box, I cannot accept this and we charge $4,30" That was really not it! Cherry on top he didn't even check if my return was the actual QR code. Just poor poor customer service and UPS charges and arm and a leg for everything. Please educate your associate and help shape a better generation ahead. I'm not that old but I can see how things are in the downfall. read more

I made a mistake and walked into this UPS store to drop off my old phone. I asked the man. can I get a small piece of tape from where I had to slide my phone out. When he looked at my envelope he said that's through postal service. I chucked and said oh wow. my bad. well thank you. I asked him if I could still get that lil piece of tape and he replied we don't tape things for other carriers. I was just surprised. I didn't ask him to tape it. I just requested a 4" piece of tape. not a big deal. It was just how she said it that had me surprised. I would have happily paid for it. it really saddens me to see there's just not any good left in some people. It's unfortunate that this store is so conveniently located because the service is terrible. They are constantly making mistakes on both mine and my family's shipments. We always have to double check and triple check that everything is entered in correctly. Today was the final straw. I had just barely gotten there after they closed (my fault). It was 2:30pm and they close right at 2:30. The part that I'm upset about is that this gentleman before me, tries to open the door - it's locked. Understandable. We both walk away and the employee there opens the door and goes, "Sir?" She was willing to help him. He doesn't hear her and she closes the door. I walk up and knock because hey, if they're willing to help out one more customer, I've got a few books I need to mail out to a single address. I gently knock on the door and the woman just gives me the "we're closed" sign. Well then why the heck were you willing to help him??? If you were okay with one more customer before officially closing, I don't think it's very good customer to pick which ones they help? I just needed a box and to ship the books off. You either treat all of your customers the same or don't go into customer service. Close your doors and keep them closed next time. read more

I've come to this ups store for years now. The service has never been the best. The older gentleman that works there is very annoyed & has an attitude always. The last 3 times I've been there it was a 11-12 year old BOY who checked me out for my Amazon returns. Definitely won't be choosing this ups store any longer. I really wish there were more options in Kissimmee close to me so that I don't have to go to this store. It's an ugly generational attitude that is being passed down to other members that work there. It's really sad. They have a problem with putting tape on your package, that's really sad. Anyone that gives this store a 5 start rating is lying or is just an agreeable type of person to the people that work here. From the oldest to the youngest have this same attitude, it's annoying but laughable. I am hoping someone else buys a franchise in Kissimmee so that there is no need to go to this store. read more

Read the ratings, but decided to go anyways to see for myself since it was on my way. Extremely rude younger girl. I was third in line and every single interaction before me she left the customers unsatisfied and would just assume what they were going to say and said "no sorry we cant" before they even explained themselves. Also need to hire spanish speakers instead of just dismissing someone because they speak another language. This is a predominant spanish community you serve, it's worth investing in Hispanic employees; or even someone considerate enough to atleast try to use the MANY resources (I.e telephone) to communicate with them. read more

This is the absolute worst UPS location I think I've ever been to in my life. I've been to this particular location at least 7 to 10 times over the last eight years. The man who runs or owns that place is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Update: Now I understand the bad reviews. I came to this store after a great experience on Veterans Day. I guess the owner didn't recognize me. I wanted to drop off a package for USPS like I do at other UPS locations. I was told that because it was UPS he couldn't take it, I think he didn't want to accept it because he didn't want to tape it. As I was leaving the USPS truck parked outside the store to pick up packages!!! I watched the USPS driver go in, get packages and walk out. I'm just going to let their corporate office know that this franchise owner is not good for their brand. Disgusting! read more

Hopefully this isn't the same person or he changed but I stopped in there and was helped by Rick. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Although it would cost way more to ship my large box from there I decided to ship through USPS. Despite this revelation, he still sold me a box, customized it for my package and certainly helped me with tape. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a UPS Store. I was never greeted or welcomed as I entered the store. Next, I was aggressively addressed about a package I had sent to me. That culminated with the person servicing me. Who started to drill me about how the package was sent to me? Specifically, addressed to the store. And that I had to have a mailbox at the store in order to have a box sent to me. I tried explaining that I had nothing do with that. I simply asked the sender to send the package to me and I would secure it from the receiving facility. Well that did matter as she and the owner went on that it was my fault, etc. In my opinion after leading large organizations consisting of several thousand personal. This store lacks leadership and customer service protocols. I will never use this store again nor will I recommend this location to anyone!! Simply the worst experience!!! read more

One star is one too many. Stay away from this store! I normally use the Hunter's Creek UPS store, but dropped by this one since I was close by. The "human", Rick, should not work in customer service. I gather from reading previous reviews he is the franchise owner. How he stays in business astounds me. I entered the store to mail a package. Immediately, I was taken aback because Rick was not wearing a mask/face covering. Osceola County is currently under a mask ordinance. I pointedly asked him where was his mask. He just laughed (yes, he LAUGHED at a customer) and mumbled something about how it didn't matter. Realizing that trying to reason with this oxygen thief would be a waste of time, I did a 180 and got the heck out of there. Apparently, UPS headquarters is very close to shutting this store down. Please report your poor experience so this guy no longer has the ability to abuse his customers. read more

Avoid this UPS Store location. I do not live in Florida and had to have something shipped here from home. The UPS store at home told me it could be shipped to a UPS Store and held for me. The complete a-hole at this location refused to accept the package because I don't have a mail box at his location. Duh, I don't live here. I paid $80 to have it shipped, and now I have to go to the UPS warehouse to wait for the truck to bring my package back. The man at the counter appeared to actually take pleasure in telling me that I was just screwed. Unacceptable customer service. If the UPS company does not offer a refund, they will lose a customer. read more

I went into this UPS store to mail a package and none of the employees were wearing masks so I turned right back around. Unacceptable that they are not doing anything to protect themselves or their customers from COVID. read more

Twice I have been to this location. What I've observed was two very upset owners that look very unhappy behind the counter. I had no issues what so ever nevertheless I was intimidated by their stare. I didn't feel welcome at all. I imagine they've had bad experiences with customers; I'm a business owner my self and that's when you make the decision to hire someone that has the patience and the fresh look to do the job. Highly recommend for them to stay home and hire individuals that aren't so impatient and stressed with life. It's not worth it to have a business and give your peace away. read more

Nasty tempered owner. Not the Husband but the wife. Angry confrontation by her to me on March 24. Even called the police. I was peeking in the window to see if anyone was in the store. It was about 9:20 am . The store hours were 8 am to 6:30 pm. The door was locked and she was on the phone. I looked in again at her and she came flying out the door and started screaming and being confrontational in a hostile manner. I have used the UPS for years. have spent hundreds of dollars there to ship packages. The Husband owner is a nice guy but the wife owner is mean and hateful. I will not use this UPS ever again.
