i am very pleased that amazon continues to use UPS for their returns. They make it so easy and most times you don't even have to box what you are returning. Just print off the form that they send you in the email and drop it off. So easy. read more

Ok, some of the reviews here are astoundingly off base. I've been to this UPS store for 3 years and over 50+ visits and have done notaries, shipping, and Amazon returns, and EACH and every time, the owner, Tim, and his wife greet me with a smile, and help me with my packages. They never rush me, they're never rude, they understand when I bring my kids in and even offer them stickers and say hello to them. I've had them do custom print jobs that they always figure out, and I will never go to another UPS store if I don't have to. The owner, Tim, is a 20 year Navy vet who decided to start a business, and he's earned our community's respect. Does he treat his new employees with kid gloves? Maybe not, but we need more of Tim's attitude to train our youth and teach them how to get a job done and do it right. Thank you Tim for putting so much time and risk to open up this UPS in our little town. It is so convenient for me and my family, and I hope you'll be here for many years. read more

I will go out of my way to avoid this UPS location for all of my future Amazon and other package shipping. The (middle age/older?) guy working the counter this morning (9/22) was not helpful whatsoever. Besides his negative demeanor and attitude, this person should not be working as a customer service rep if this is his normal behavior. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've experienced this issue at this location. Last week I was at The UPS Store when a lady started yelling at the workers because they didn't "give her permission" to park in the fire lane. Tim was being patient and kind and even helped her carry her boxes in for her. It's a shame that the staff have to be the brunt of someone's bad mood. I went in to return something and instead of being helped nicely the manager (old white male) complained about my box tried to charge me to repackage while doing it for free for others. After I paid for tape and did it myself he complained and ridiculed his employee in front of customers faces. He's unprofessional and rude, will not come back here. read more

If you need anything notarized trust me do not go to this store they made a mistake on my title when they notarized it didn't sign something had to drive an hour to get back down there and then they charged me to fix their mistake pitiful store for your own good stay away mo read more

Went in this location to drop a postage paid fedex envelope. they advertised on their website they were a drop location for fedex. In addition to the fedex postage, they were going to charge me $5 to take the envelope. Very bad customer service and I would think fedex would want to put a stop to this practice. Again, horrible customer service. read more

I came in to this UPS store to print a couple of pages. The employees were incredibly kind, went above and beyond, and made me smile on a hard day. Probably the worst interaction with a business owner I've ever had. If that's actually who he is. I went into the ups store on my break on 08/14/2024 around 2:00 in the afternoon. I went to ask about mailing an item and to see if i could get it post dated but they said they don't do it there but do a different version of this. While helping me out he was also trying to train a new employee. This "owner" was so rude to said employee and so rude to me I just left and said it's fine I'll go somewhere else. I called back to ask to speak to the manager because that was a terrible interaction and I felt sorry for the trainee! No one should have to work in a hostile environment. When I called and ask to speak to the manager the "owner" said WELL WHY?? And I said because I need to speak to a manager and he said well I am the manager and owner so you can speak to me. I then asked for contact for HR and he said well I am HR. You can talk to me or to no one. I feel that is a terrible attitude to have working in customer service!! Especially when some people aren't educated on mailing certain things/ while training someone. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, the owner obviously has an ego the size of Texas. read more

Very high prices, no wireless printer, so you have to email them your page to be printed at a cost of $3.00. That's right, you send it to them, they click print and that cost $3. Funny, not today sir. You wonder why business is slow, gauge your people and they will leave your establishment some people. I understand overhead, making money is not a crime either but fair market is fair market, I don't mind paying .18cents a copy for black and white or stapled and collated costing extra , but really, point click hit print does not equal $3.00. No need, I went to another business, emailed my documents and made 5 copies. .78 cents Game over, now I am having them print business cards And fliers. up top read more

The new ownership is in-experienced. I attempted to return an item from Amazon, and they proceeded with it and scanned everything. The manager comes over and tells the employee to cancel the transaction. They said I have to bring my item back packaged. I went into my Amazon app and the refund says it has been completed but I haven't received my refund because I didn't send the item in. They basically processed my return and cancelled it, allowing me no way to return my product. The employees were unapologetic and unhelpful. I would prefer not to return. Even though I live in La Grange, I would prefer to go to USPS or Louisville if I need services because it is not worth the hassle or poor service to visit the La Grange store. Especially if they ruin your chance at a return on Amazon. They also hassle you for other services. The new owner is money hungry and sacrifices customer service for monetary gain. read more

I like the convenience of this store, and the staff is always super helpful. They do a fantastic job handling Amazon returns. I have never had an issue with anything being returned at this store. I like the idea of supporting someone local. read more

I would choose fed ex over ups any day. The employees in Lagrange seem put out and un helpful when you are there to drop packages You are never greeted and thanked for your business. It's so not typical because I find the drivers and call centers to go out of there way to help and be of service. I've given this UPS Store location numerous shots at providing satisfactory service, and each time I leave not only disappointed, but ripped off and/or overcharged with or without what I went there for. They have fewer services than most UPS Stores, and their staff have not only lied on several occasions, but are flat out rude. I am a big UPS Store fan, but will no longer visit this location even though it is the closest to my business and home. The Brownsboro Road location is well worth the drive--the owner and staff there are friendly and able to provide good service at much more affordable pricing. read more

Was returning my dish boxes. Postage already paid and they wanted to charge $1 pure box to tape it up. What a rip off!!!

Went to the location on October 5th 2018 to receive a quote to ship back a damaged item purchased online. Employee took my item to the back and packaged it before giving me the quote. After the quote was received for $153.00,which was more than the item itself, I told the employee that I did not want to follow through with the transaction due to the high cost of shipping. Employee made me pay for the box (and labor) which was $78.56 that I did not want and was not quoted for up front. I paid the amount only to get my damaged merchandise back. The employee also made a rude comment that it would be better if I drive to Illinois to take it back rather than ship it which is unprofessional. I have offered to return the box. We have called the manager who said they would contact the owner for resolution and would call us back by 10/12/18. No one has called us back. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. read more
