The service at this store was incredible. I was returning my Verizon home internet router and they made is very easy. I was not inside for five total minutes and my business was successfully completed. The staff were nice and the building is clean and organized. There is plenty of safe, close in parking and it's located in a nice area of town. I will certainly use this business again and I'm glad I stumbled on this packing business. TLDR DONT TRUST UPS INSURANCE - ONLY SHIP THINGS THAT CAN BE REPLACED BECAUSE UPS WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS So so frustrated and disappointed with UPS. On April 28th I shipped concert tickets worth $800+ to family in California. I insured the tickets for the value and the staff at the store helped me do this. Naturally, UPS lost the tickets/package and has no idea where they are. UPS and this store are refusing to uphold the insurance despite having lost the package. After they lost it and I submitted a claim, I was informed AFTER THE FACT that tickets can only be insured up to $100. I wouldn't have shipped them OR paid to insure them if I was told this. Now I'm out the full amount of the ticket, this store says there is nothing they can do because they're a franchise and not responsible for the loss. Beyond disappointing and frustrating. I know the manager was trying to help me resolve the issue to the best of his ability but I was completely misled. Had I been given correct information, I wouldn't have sent the tickets and gambled losing them. read more

Went to UPS today and no line! 2 working the counter and I got Lalo; she was fantastic. I needed an Amazon label printed; there was a problem but Lalo and the man at the counter figured it out and my package is now on it's way. Lalo was patient, friendly, a huge help and had a genuine big smile on her face. I've had nothing but great service at this UPS. I don't mind the line because we all have stuff to ship and they do an excellent job. read more

Send package with them and paid for priority shipping. Assistant assured me that my package will be delivered in two days. It's been a week now and I still have no idea where's my package. Manager said that they sent it through USPS and it's not UPS responsibility after if someone's "f---ed up". When I asked manager to call USPS he said that he's got no time for this. Suggested me to go to USPS by myself and figure it out. And I got time sensitive package, that's why I paid almost 20$ to make in two days. But this store just took my money and transferred my package to USPS. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone unless you want to pay them to send your package to USPS, but I guess you can do it by yourself. read more

I came here with Hubby and niece after our breakfast because I have to print something for the business. Very pleased of the service and friendliness. I sold an item (laptop) on eBay and opted to have it shipped via UPS Ground. I took my item to the UPS Store and they boxed it up and did all the work for me. The prices are higher than USPS but I find they are generally more reliable and quicker than USPS. However, I had this one bad experience with them as the item was lost or stolen and my recipient/buyer never received it. Long story short, the buyer and I worked out the refund between us and then the UPS Store handled the claim and quickly refunded my money after their investigation was complete. We became customers when the store first opened. We were looking for someone to print and bind booklets we use for training and worked out a deal with the owner. He seemed happy and we all went on with our business. We thought we had a local partner we could count on. They did good work, they treated us well and we used them exclusively. A few years later, 3 packages in a row of materials shipped from the store to customers either didn't arrive on time or required us to pay ransom to get them out of customs. We had been told UPS handled that, which the owner confirmed when we contacted him to find out what was going on. He was as confused as we were. We decided to stop using them for shipping after that. Yesterday we got a quote from them for our booklets that was more than twice what we had been paying. We had no heads up that they were increasing prices and it wasn't called out in the quote or explained. It was almost like they thought we wouldn't notice. We did. After a few emails back and forth, it became clear that they weren't going to honor our agreement or even work with us to come up with a deal that worked for everyone. I understand that businesses need to increase prices from time to time for all kinds of good reasons. This is not how you do it if you care about your customers. We had no idea you didn't really want us as customers. I guess I'm grateful to Bob for pointing it out so clearly. Now we can all move on. Schulyer - They said you were out for a few weeks. This experience is way out of line with every conversation I've had with you. Be careful who you leave your customers with. Your staff represent you. I'm happy to discuss this when you get back. THEY LOST MY SON'S ENTIRE CHRISTMAS! This place is a disaster, unorganized and incompetent. Despite shipping our son's Christmas presents in plenty of time for a 12/20 delivery, guaranteed a 12/20 delivery, they have managed to lose the entire large box. Use FedEx, Post Office or Carrier Pigeon before using these people. UPS customer service was equally as bad telling me that once i filed the claim (which I did) it could take up to 8 working days to investigate the lost item. PERFECT! I was going through a breakup and had to mail about 6 big boxes back to FL and they were so kind to ensure that my boxes were packed to where nothing would break. I would never waste my time waiting in line at the post office and being treated poorly by the staff again after coming to this UPS Store.
