Appreciate our local UPS Store. I've never waited more than 1-2 minutes for service. The staff is friendly and helpful, even amidst the pandemic. They have plexiglass barriers installed and are wearing masks and gloves. I appreciate that masks are mandatory for us, their customers as well. read more

Outstanding, these folks are great. I get copies for business all the time and have used all the local copy shops. However, once I came here I have no need to go anywhere else. These guys are so friendly and helpful. They not only make the cookies they are willing to come out and help get the files sent from my computer. Not only do they accept USPS packages, they had enough recycled packaging material that I actually didn't even have to pay them anything to be able to print my remaining return label and for them to package up my four packages for me. I have used this business for many years, like 10 years. The service has really gone down hill. Last year I spent $850.00 and the package which was sent to a wrong zip code and the destroyed the products after a lost week of sitting at the wrong address. UPS took no responsibility nor the local office, to see that it went to a zip that was not the correct one i confirmed and signed off on. This past week I was to be refunded for the shipping as the package did not make it to the shipped address and they made me wait 6 weeks to finally tell me that it will not be covered, after they told me IT WAS 100% COVERED. This store may be close, but the service and lies I just cant take anymore. They never follow up with concerns, its always the customer that has to call, leave message or stop in when you finally reach your boiling point with NO SERVICE. They simply do not care anymore. I was just in this store and worked with Jarod. A young gentleman who went WAY above and beyond in helping me to return items to Amazon. They were deep seat patio cushions that were vacuumed packed when I got them and was near impossible to to get back into the original box to return. New packaging would have cost me a lot. Jarod provided me the Amazon number to contact about this situation and while I'll was trying to get a hold of them, Jarod continued on his own sitting on these cushions and wrapping them tight. Walking in, I'm greeted immediately (or almost immediately if it's busy) by one or several of the staff. They now know my box and can remember if I have oversized mail. The staff is always friendly and amenable and are more than willing to address any issues that arise. I haven't used their mailing services heavily but when I have, the service has been outstanding. The staff addresses my concerns (i.e. mailing packages internationally, weight). If they have time, they'll even answer obscure questions such as "what is the fabric muppets are made of?" The entire staff goes above and beyond what is necessary to have a good customer experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

This is the third time I went into my local ups store and they overcharged me to ship a package. $20 to ship a package that is not very big and less than a pound in weight is RIDICULOUS. Unreliable!! Went into The UPS Store at 4:00 p.m. on a Tuesday to ship a package. The person behind the counter confirmed the package would ship that day as their last pickup is @ 6:30 p.m. I filled out their form, paid $20+, got a receipt, and left. Went home to check the status of the package around 6:00 p.m. and the package still had no tracking information. I called speaking to the same person and he told me it would ship out that day @ 6:30. The package did not ship on the date I was told, prolonging the delivery date upsetting a client. This made me look bad and unreliable when it was really the UNRELIABLE UPS STORE. read more

This past week I visited your store for an important printing project of about 1000 pages. This e-mail is to let you know what a terrific job Valerie did. She went through the CD with me to thoroughly understand what I needed and completed the job in less than four hours. It was collated with card stock dividers, three hole punched and in perfect order. Valerie was very pleasant and obviously quite capable. This store is THE WORST. I am currently renting a box from them. I am under contract and am working on getting one somewhere else. More mail has been lost because of either incompetence or theft than I have ever experienced in my life. W-2s have had to be sent multiple times. Personal cards have been opened and looked through before putting them in my box. I have tried speaking with the employees and manager there. All I get are excuses "The mail sorter is new!" "nobody should sent money without a tracking number!" "We are short staffed today!" They even added an additional person to my box without proper paper work and identification. Seriously. Do not get a PO box there. If you care about getting your mail, then don't waste money on their piss poor service. I wish I could give them NO stars! read more

I sent a friend there yesterday to get a copy of insurance for her car. Five people were working and gave her a hard time and charged her $2.25 for the copy. I appreciate being able to do business locally however not at the cost of decorum and racketeering. read more

INEPT STAFF - unable to figure out how to ship to Mexico. I wasted 20 minutes today working with UPS employee Josh (12081 W Alameda Pkwy, Lakewood, CO), to ship a small box to Mexico. I handed him the written address, which upon asking to review the UPS label, I saw that he had entered incorrectly. I asked him to redo it. Twice he told me the incorrect address was fine; twice I replied that I need to have the address 100% correct, and I explained several times which rows were the street address and which were the city, state and country. The name of the street was being entered after the country. The third time his coworker told me rudely to be patient. Waiting 20 minutes for the correct address to be printed is highly patient and I do not appreciate being told the incorrect address in Mexico "will get there just fine" especially for a $72 shipment. I finally walked out and will ship my package via DHL. read more

Called from out of state to this store to rent a PO box for my son who is in Lakewood for college. Spent ten minutes on the phone with a clueless young woman trying to find out if the store was a reasonable driving distance for my son. When I asked if I could speak to someone else, she put me on hold for so long that I hung up. I still have no idea where the store is located and I have no PO box. I would also think twice about shipping from this place....packages may end up in Timbuktu. read more

Absolutely fantastic. I would never have expected a post office to have such stellar customer service but this location is great. Dana is awesome. She runs a great team and makes sure that they are always courteous to customers and cognizant of their needs. I have a P.O. box here and even if there is a line they recognize that I'm just there to grab a package. The team knows me by name, grabs my package, and has me on my way without the need to wait in line. Overall this is a 15 second interaction and does not interfere with the transactions that are already in progress. The team does its best to accommodate all their customers without compromising the service they provide to each one. Even if I have a "special" concern they never make me feel like I'm a burden.
