I had a box at a UPS Store for years and I've dealt with many others here in town to drop things off, some I paid for, some were returns, either Amazon or other things. This store is so greedy I do not like using them. I should have driven a little farther to use a different store. I will never use them for returns again. For Amazon, I go to Kohl's, and for anything else, I normally go to a different UPS. This is the ONLY UPS store I have ever dealt with that when bringing in something in a box with a prepaid shipping label, this greedy owner charges you a fee for the tape to close the box, are you kidding me? And the charge is $5...I can go to the store and buy an entire roll of tape for cheaper, but since Kohl's for Amazon does not require a box or tape, if I have to use UPS, I'll drive a mile farther and use a UPS store that is not so greedy and charge happy. Look for the next closest store, they will treat you properly for a prepaid package in the box that only needs a strip of tape. read more

I have always felt that this location is well staffed. During package drop offs I rarely have to wait for more than a minute as other team members come up to help scan in if one station is helping a customer create a shipment. The team members are very friendly! read more

I am extremely upset. Coming in today to retrieve a package that was shown as delivered in my UPS app, turns out it's nowhere to be found. When I called the UPS hub, they told me that my package was delivered and it was accepted by somebody named Alexis. Alexis was working today and he told me that he never accepted a package. I can see why this place has such a lousy rating. I called earlier in the day to ask about document shredding and was told that it would cost $2.75 per pound. I told them that I had a lot of shredding and they said ok. I ended up with about 6 bags of papers to shred so I brought a cart to haul it into the store. I loaded the first 3 bags and since it was such a windy day, I struggled a bit. The two young guys at the counter just watched as I struggled to get in the door. It was actually a female customer that helped me get in with my bags. One of the young guys told me to put my bags on the scale and he would weigh them. They both looked put out and disgusted by the heavy bags. The older of the two asked me if I wanted to load the bags myself into the bins, or have them do it? I told them I would like them to do it, and all of a sudden, the price went up to $3.50 per pound instead of $2.75. Wow! So much for service! I was so irritated at this point. These guys were so infuriating. I said of course I wanted them to put them in the bin and how dare I make them work! The older guy said that was the way it had always been. I replied that they should have told me on the phone the price difference. My 3 bags cost me $230! Crazy!! I left after asking for their boss' business card and stormed out. I still had three bags in the car, so I did what I should have done from the start. I went to the UPS store that I usually go to on Ann and Decatur. The young girl there is so sweet and helpful. It only cost $1.50 per pound there, and she offered to put the bags in the bin for me-no extra cost. I only went to the one on Farm because I knew I was going to be in that area. Big mistake! I will NEVER go to that location again. The one on Ann and Decatur has a well deserved 4.4 rating. Lesson to the store- you get what you give. When you treat customers poorly, then that becomes your reputation and people will remember how they were treated and make other choices. read more

The manager of this store, Christina, is very rude, disrespectful, and power hungry. I had an online order for my husband delivered to this store on 01/06/2026. I showed my ID and UPS email notification with tracking number to the clerk. He said he had to get his manager. She came out and stated that she cannot give me the package because it is not in my name. The UPS email stated "Note: An Officially recognized form if ID will be required when retrieving your package. If you are picking up the package and are not the address, you will also be required to provide the tracking number." She refused to give me my package and when I said it was in my husband's name (I am male) her attitude changed to be very aggressive She order me out of the store and said I was 86'd. I kept asking for my package and she said "no, it's my store. See I have everything on camera". She then took my package in the back and said "I am returning this to sender". When my husband came an hour later to pick up his package, she refused him even though he showed his ID. He asked for her name, and she refused to give her last name. She stated that the package was already returned to sender. We believe this woman is homophobic and should not treat customers this way. Very poor customer service. read more

This store deserves zero stars. Went there on July 2nd. Some man had his back toward me when I walked in. I stepped up to the counter and he did not turn around to greet me or anything. He kept wrapping a package until he was done (about 3 minutes). He then walked over to a bin and placed his package inside it. Finally, he acknowledged my presence (without greeting) by just looking at me very annoyed that he had to assist me. I told him I had an Amazon return. I displayed my cellphone with the QR code in which he was unable to scan. He told me to make my screen brighter then walked away and began to wrap more packages with his back toward me once again. It literally to me a half of a second to brighten my screen but instead of waiting for me to do so, he walked away! Seriously???!! So I waited approximately 2 more minutes and that was when another customer walked in and he turned around and assisted the other customer for with her package. After he completed her transaction, he walked over to me and scanned my cellphone. At that point, I asked him for his name (he was not wearing a name tag). He said "Yogi". I confirmed by repeating his name back to him and he said "Yeah". Yogi has NO business working the front line to assist the public. He is very rude, and clearly does not know how to be kind or respectful to others. I (and my family members) will NEVER use this location ever again. read more

I came into this location today at around noon on a Wednesday with several small packages with USPS prepaid labels, ready to go. The worker refused to accept them saying she didn't have space for them and that they were "full". I could see plenty of open space for these my packages (about a grocery bag footprint ). this has never happened to me in my life of shipping regularly with USP and I was very taken aback and the woman expressed no courtesy or apology for this inconvenience just made it seem like this a normal thing . I called and was talking to the manager of the store calmly and because she did not like what I was questioning her about she hung up on me. Horrible customer service. OK i went in with a pre-paid label that couldn't scan, but you could read the tracking number he tried to reprint the label. He then asked his manager and she said the could not reprint against someone's policy, wasn't the shipper I asked. The young kid said if I could email them the label the could help print it, never mentioning a charge. I called the company took 30 minutes but was able to get a new label, but when the manger printed said it would be 3.79 for a label a label, ink to paper and 30 seconds of her time. In as many times and as many companies from FedEx to Amazon to USPS I have NEVER SEEN THIS Done. I know she is going to respond with some form response, that's fine. All I know she was rude and just had no customer service skills. I am not going to bash UPS just this store. I called UPS and they are going to send a driver to pick it up. I'm not thrilled about my recent experience here. I came here to mail a piece of framed art to my brother, but I wanted to take the pack and ship route so that it would be nice and secure for him. After waiting in line for 20 painstaking minutes, it was my turn. The cashier initially told me that it would come out to $60 for packing and shipping. I know that sounds high, but it is pretty reasonable. However, when she rung it up, it would've totaled up to $118. Something didn't add up. The cashier then (and only then) explained it would be $60 EACH for packing and shipping. Nope. I left. Not cool. No need to be shady about pricing to try and hook a customer. They had nothing to say after looking, other than telling me to file a claim with UPS. Great! Not recommended! Who knows if outgoing packages would get lost too after dropping them off! I've visited this UPS Store many times to return Amazon packages and have always had great service. Today, though, I had exceptional service. I needed to have a book bound and thought this was a service they provided. It is not. Instead of stopping after telling me that, the employee at the front desk searched for where I could have my book bound, and even provided to another store, not even a UPS Store. I was so impressed with her willingness to solve my problem in a way that didn't even benefit the company financially that from now on if I need anything UPS Store-related, this is where I'm coming. read more

This UPS store is new in the NW Las Vegas. It's located off of the 95/Durango exit. It's pretty easy to get to. Located inside the new plaza at the corners of Farm/Durango. It shares a parking lot next to several local business and restaurants such as Sprouts, Firehouse Subs, Rubios, and a few other businesses. There is plenty of parking near The UPS Store. Inside The UPS store, it is very well organized and offers a variety of packing packages, bubble wrap, and other options. The team member was quite helpful at the front register, specifically, my boyfriend had asked a question about packing sizes and what UPS had offered. She was quite knowledgeable. It is a little expensive to buy wrapping materials at The UPS Store, but if you're in a time-crunch, The UPS Store has pretty much all you need. read more

I sent a very important document thru this UPS store about April if this year. I only live 6 mins. away from their shop and document was going to Rancho drive. I had it as a priority mail, overnight they said. Document never got to the recipient and I was charged a ridiculous $80 !!! Weeks after I got a call from them saying document could not be delivered. Every time I call them, nobody knows anything about it! Such incompetent staff!! I got ripped off of $80. I went to FEDEX, copy of same document. Ground priority mail is only $12.22; it will get to recipient by end of next day I will never avail of UPS service ever again - too pricey, document lost, incompetent staff that need to be either fired or re-trained or shop closed! I was the only customer wearing a mask despite signage on the store states you must wear a mask due to mandate. Oh my I cannot believe the business reply. I NEVER asked for a freebie. I asked the new owner to honor a deal from the owner that you purchased the franchise from. I simply asked you to review the email documents I sent and you would clearly understand my position. I have always paid my bills on time which is easy since I have always paid the full amount for the year (past they offered pay for 12 and get 14 when you pay in full) that was the offer I was shocked you did not honor. I paid the previous owner in November for a bill that was due in January 2022. In turn they said I was be getting 14 months for the price of 12. I have the email proof of my due date moving. Kaelea the employee who helped me out was everything I could ask for in service, her customer service was excellent and very helpful with figuring out the best and sufficient way to deliver my package! She was fast and on point! I can't forget Ryan either he made it real easy being there also a great guy with a good attitude! This location is closer to me than the other location on Skypointe, but this is definitely my second choice. The services offered are fine and there is a Sprouts next door which makes it convenient if you need to grocery shop, but the employees(some of them, not all) are a bit unfriendly. I feel like I'm bothering one woman who frequents the counter. She always looks like she is in a bad mood and it makes me feel bad that I've come in. Who wants to feel bad for patronizing a business? Well, I mean, maybe some people, but not me. I also had a bad experience with one of the other employees and having them print a return label. UPS has this ridiculous policy of charging $3.50 for them to print a label for you(the QR code is free but the label print is not) and one time the employee printed it and didn't charge me and I didn't think twice about. I went back not too long after and the same employee was there and charged me and I questioned it. Their response was that "maybe I was feeling nice that day". Hmm, okay, so you're not feeling nice again? It struck me as odd, and again made me wish that I had never gone to this location. The service here is weird. Go to the Skypointe location instead. They don't have a Sprouts next door, but they do have a Vons. Sacrifices must be made for good service. Edit: I tried to reach the owner privately about his comment response to my review and he did not reply. I stand by what I have written above and the comment made to me by the employee was absolutely said to me, maybe not in a mean spirited manner, but it was said. I shipped off a package that cost me $80. I informed the clerk that there were contents within the box of sentimental value and that I needed to have care when handled. I've worked at the UPS store before so fulfilling the customers needs and recommending things was important to me. I felt it was a nice transaction between myself and Aziza. I will allow the pictures below to speak for themselves. I am highly disappointed and I will never ship with the UPS store again. I am beyond hurt. There were things in this box that I had since I was a little girl and they are now destroyed and not replaceable. When I dropped my package off there was no damage. The box was in mint condition. Also, the box is 18x18x16, the delivery driver shoved my box into a locker that was significantly smaller than the box. My Box was smashed into the locker and it took several minutes to get out. I pray this doesn't/hasn't happened to anyone else. Shame on me for not inventorying everything in my Box. I know things are missing as well as broken. The box was completely destroyed and they tried to cover it up because everything was thrown in the box and tape was on the outside of the box that I did not put there. I would never recommend using a UPS store to mail something. I sent a package from here and it arrived at destination with $2.44 postage due! How is that possible?? they are supposed to weigh items and put on proper postage. They don't offer any proper information on their receipt: No tracking number, no zip destination, no weight of item sent, and no insurance. Basically no information. The post office offers all this standard on their receipt. They also offer no help in solving this problem. These employees are not knowledgeable about how to ship through the US Post Office, and proper charges. This should not have arrived $2.44 postage due! USE A REAL POST OFFICE!!! read more
