Go somewhere else for your mail & print needs. If I could give this place half a star or none I would. I really wanted to support a local business, but this experience completely missed the mark. The pricing here is noticeably higher than other print shops in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, the customer service doesn't come close to making up for it. What stood out the most was the lack of support for fellow small businesses. Instead of being collaborative or even just courteous, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. That's disappointing especially when so many other local print shops in the area go out of their way to be helpful, encouraging, and community-driven. I actually visited several print shops in Vegas that offer more competitive pricing and treat customers (and other entrepreneurs) with respect. I won't be returning. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Such a shady establishment!! Wouldn't trust this place with my garbage let alone my post/mail!! Mail Drop location, Their website says they provide: * US Postal Service (USPS) shipping and mailing * Package Drop-Offs * USPS tracking * It displays the USPS logo * It specifically says they offer USPS shipping services and encourages customers to bring USPS mail there. so I brought my small package with a prepaid label taped to it, they told me as of a couple weeks ago they stopped taking USPS packages that had a prepaid label and would only accept ones if they were bought and paid for in their store so I said shoot can you please just take this one package and I won't bring in a package again that has a prepaid label so he said yes I'll take it. This one time he took my package from my hands said thank you so much. I appreciate it and I left. I checked the tracking number that is attached to the package last night and it showed it had never been received by USPS so I checked again this morning same thing so I called the store directly where I dropped off my package, he told me he didn't know where the package was that he put it in the basket and he doesn't know what happened so I asked if there was a way I could confirm that USPS picked it up or if it was lost there in their store and he hung up on me read more

Ive been in the logistics industry 15+ yrs. Customer service here is beyond trash. This location is not knowledgeable in shipping or operations, and that goes for the young roblox head ahh build a bear UPS pick up driver as well. Straight up laziness overall. I'd rather go to the carriers actual stores. read more

Horrible experience. I was told I had to many packages. Which I had 7 of them. The manager gave me no explanation for why she shouldn't except my packages . She only said that there were too many and I needed to take them to the actual post office. Which was already closed and that was the reason I came to that business in the first place. So unprofessional I will never go back again. So disappointed. read more

I will never use the PO again! I really wish I had the gal's name that helped me because she was so sweet. I was in and out in no time and wasn't charged a small fortune. I was trying to return a package to sender and had been turned away by the PO three times. Highly recommend this establishment for all your shipping needs. They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They got my documents in order, made sure they were correctly collated and signed, notarized, and back to FedEx in no time at all. The girl who helped me was very sweet, but the fees for shipping were so expensive and she really wasn't able to explain the different options to cut my cost down. I started bringing in my own box which would have been over 20. I asked if using one of their boxes would help the cost and she said yes. She offered me a 17 dollar box or a smaller one that would be less. She then rang everything up and it was over 20 again. She charged me for packing peanuts even though I didn't use them as I purchased a smaller box. At this point I had a line behind me and wasn't going to unpack everything for three bucks and another five minutes. My package will be sent, but the shopping is pretty much the same price as what I am sending. I've never see. This much for sending such a small item. I would try somewhere else unless the convenience of location is worth an extra ten dollars. read more
