I've been selling some of my old things and shipping them out lately, and I had an awkwardly shaped car part that I needed packaged. I brought it here and explained that someone else would be buying a prepaid shipping label, and that I just needed to get it packaged so I could provide them with the box dimensions and final weight. Samantha was extremely helpful, and made this a painless process for me. I'm about 8 months pregnant so she immediately made sure I wasn't carrying around this car part on my own lol. They took my item to the back and carefully got it all packaged up and then helped carry it to my car for me. I got all the dimensions I needed, and overall one of the easiest and most personable trips I've made to a UPS store in a while. Included photos of my box size, and the box in the back of my car for size reference, it was roughly $27 to have it packaged as a fragile item with bubble wrap and whatnot. End weight was about 18lbs. The store ultimately seemed clean and well kept. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and was surprised at how much foot traffic this location had. Although it was busy for most of the time I was there, it didn't seem that anyone was left waiting too long, and everyone was promptly greeted and helped. 10/10 will be coming here for any shipping needs in the near future. read more

Left a review a little over a week ago and coincidentally had to come back in today to complete a task that I was unable to do at home. I normally don't have to frequent these stores that often. I was again greeted very politely by Samantha & one other gentleman who was very kind, but I didn't catch his name. I was assisted quickly and efficiently as always and was able to complete my task on the rental computer. I ended up needing a notary for a document which I foolishly didn't have all the info for on hand. Samantha took the time to assist me with looking up the final bit of info I needed to complete the task right there at the notary desk computer. I take the time to leave these positive reviews because it's not often enough that people that work in the customer service industry take the time to show the customers that their business matters. I like that they are an option to the postoffice that can sometimes be slow to certain areas. I also use them to shred my paperwork since I constantly overheat my own home shredder. The price is very reasonable for this service and a years worth of receipts at tax time can take forever at home. I highly recommend checking them out. read more

I needed to drop off a couple of Amazon returns and there was a small line. Geoffrey, the general manager, was quick to greet each new customer as they arrived. As he completed each customer's transaction, he briefly asked what type of service each customer needed to ensure we all were acknowledged. As I waited, I was really impressed by his professionalism and detailed knowledge on what seem to be a complicated transaction. Geoffrey explained the steps clearly and the customer had a good understanding of the process. With each transaction, he was thorough, efficient, friendly, and very professional. He did a great job making sure he gave coupons to each customer as well. That may seem to be a simple thing but with today's businesses being challenged, every little bit helps. I know this review may sound long and drawn out but the reason is because I'm very sensitive to good service seeing as how I've managed several retail businesses and can quickly tell when the energy and expertise of the staff in a store will create a good experience or will make a customer drive an extra 5-10 miles for good service! I love the UPS Store at this location! It's super convenient because this business offers a variety of services. I've gotten things notarized and faxed at UPS, for example. Whenever I stop in, there's little to no wait time to get helped. The employees are always really helpful and friendly too. Case in point- UPS employees will actually help you get mailing packages ready for shipping. (At the United States Postal Service, you'll be offered no such help). UPS is pretty much a one-stop shop. Although, it took a bit longer to resolve than I expected due to some procedural steps, Sammatha continued to monitor the steps and made sure that everything was taken care of. It is easy to be customer service focused when you have a customer in for a new delivery, but it is the sign of a great business that extends that same customer service to handling a problem. Always lots of parking and super quick in and out. HINT: preprint labels and put postage a home just in case, cause there is only 2-3 workers here at time and if you come from 4-7 after work, this place is packed. By making an account online, you can track you package and then also you dont need to keep track of the shipping label when they give you one for shipping stuff out or returns that you makes (esp if you're like me and make a lot of amazon returns) No one likes waiting any longer than they need to for shipping something so simple. Time is MONEY! Trevor is always so helpful and smiling and gets me in and out of here in under 5min. But that is also because I pre-print the labels at home! read more

I most definitely recommend this location however yesterday I had the worst time. However Rebecca was extremely rude. I showed her a label that came from my daughter school so I could send off a box. I felt like I was interrupting whatever she was doing to assist me. It had two prepaid labels. I felt like I needed to leave the store before she was going to get upset at me because I didn't know what I was doing. Rebecca was the absolute worst employee I've ever came encounter with. Went in for an Amazon return. I won't name the associate. I said I had an Amazon return. She's staring at my box and asks is this it? I literally had nothing else except my bag I was carrying with me. So I replied yes, this other item is my bag which I am not sending out. She looked at my box/return and then printed the label and then told me afterwards the possible liability I would incur for not putting it in an actual box. She then explained something about Amazon 3rd party sellers and returns at Kohls and how that affects whether or not I'd need to repackage. I simply asked her to repeat herself since I didn't catch it all so she responded in a way to dumb it down for me and literally was like "Amazon isn't the only seller on Amazon ... we have been educating ourselves..." I already knew that about Amazon but thanks for your condescending tone. I said I would just take my item back home and put it in another box and go to a location closer by my house then if that's ok. She was worried she didn't know how to void her label. Turns out, it was a non issue. Glad to not come back. Something is off about the tone used in service here. read more

I paid, he went to the copy machine, pressed a bunch of buttons, asked me for my email address, then said "you're all done". Now all this time he didn't smile or wasn't friendly or say thank you or have a nice day!! I asked him for a confirmation and he told me they don't give confirmation on scanned items???? Hello?! I've done this many times and I always get a confirmation!! I was walking out and he my mumbled something I didn't want to start something although I wanted to! So I said "okay" with a confused look...went to my car and checked my email, no email..checked my junk mail, no mail. So I called and told them I asked for a document to be emailed and I didn't get it!! THIS IS WHY I ASKED FOR A CONFIRMATION!!! Incompetent people!! I don't like leaving negative reviews but the customer service is not good here. I recently had some items to ship back to the original sender. It took the cashier and manager an hour to figure out how to print my return label that I PAYED for. Then a few days later the item was shipped back to me.. when I called to ask for help a female and male got an attitude with me over the phone as if it was my fault. I just would like to commend Kayla and Kira for such wonderful customer service! I dropped by on 4/17 to print some documents and they are 2 of the sweetest ever! They were very friendly and very helpful even as I was still walking in the store. This is so refreshing since I always go to the UPS store on Aliante and the staff there don't know anything about even basic customer service. But Kayla and Kira (sisters at that) were awesome! This should be what excellent customer service is all about -- even if people might say this is just a printing/shipping facility. I have always used this store due because it's close to work...everyone has always been helpful and pleasant. However i will now be using this location because of the 3 ladies that went above and beyond when i had an issue with shipping a 1st class package with usps thru the store. Kris, Kira and Kayla did everything they could to resolve the issues - including calling me with updates, corresponding with the post office and getting my package delivered to the correct person.
