I don't know if this young man is the manager of this store or what, but WES is TRULY one of the most beautiful souls that I have ever encountered! This is only my second time coming into this store, but as soon as I walked in, I remembered his genuinely kind smile and that "Hey sweetheart! We'll be with ya in just a minute" greeting. He has a warm way of brightening up the entire place and he knows the customers by NAME. I won't even lie, that genuinely shocked me. Seeing the way he effortlessly interacts with all of his customers gives me SO much hope for the humanity of this world. Because this man treats everybody, regardless of race or gender, with the same sweet love and care. He is a genuinely kind soul and again, I have NO idea if this beaming light of kindness is the manager or not, but because of the simple way that this man treats every single person who comes into this establishment, this is the only UPS that I will ever give my business to. read more

After discovering that they permanently closed the main UPS location that I wanted to use, I went to this UPS Location in Laurinburg @ 1680 S. Main Street. As soon as I entered the location on 6-29-2023, I was greeted by the guy near the rear of the store. As I approached the counter, another guy seemed to materialize out of nowhere & asked could he help me. I told him I was doing an Amazon return & pulled up the QR code, which he scanned & asked if I needed help with anything else. Which I did not, but kinda wish I did because the atmosphere was nice, I was helped immediately & quickly and I left hearing, thank you and have a good day. I would recommend this location to everyone as they are pleasant, quick, attentive and the store was clean, organized & well stocked. read more

The driver for zipcode 28352 driver repeatedly leaves by walking through my garden rather than using the walkway/sidewalk. Not the first time he has killed barely sprouting plants!! Have it on film and UPS refuses to get this corrected! read more

I failed to add a part to a return item, Called store asked if boxes were picked up yet was told "NO" I explained the situation. The lady stated they have 100 boxes and cant locate mine. I told her it was a huge box and I could come down and locate it instantly. She got upset and told another employee (male) she did not want to deal with me. I explained it to the male employee. His story was different than hers he stated UPS had already taken 1/2 the packages and would return for the balance. I asked if I could simply see if mine was still there. He responded he is not allowed and that He or I could not open "MY" package to add anything to it. I explained, It was a return label, weight was not an issue as the label was supplied by the vendor and NOT UPS Store. Basically they were to damn LAZY to offer any help. If I could give them a ZERO stars I would. Suffice to say they will never get my business again and I will certainly dissuade anyone that asks from using them. read more

Over the years every time I go into the store it's a professional and courteous experience. The guys there give you the best service no matter how swamped they may be at any given time. This location didn't tell the sender that I would have to pay a fee per package when I pick them up. Receiving two packages at the UPS store in Turlock CA cost me $20.00 ($10 for each package). I'm sure the shipping was probably about $20 or more from NC. What a rip... It's basically ransom if the sender isn't told that the receiver will have to pay if they want to pick up their packages. I contacted UPS via Twitter and was told basically, too bad. Never again.... read more

The folks who work at the UPS Store in Laurinburg are just about the nicest and most helpful bunch of people. Whether I'm sending a package or getting something scanned or printed, they know what they're doing. Prices for business services are reasonable and if they make a mistake, they'll fix it at no charge. Shipping rates are probably set by UPS, so I can't blame them if a heavy item costs X amount. They do a great packing job, as a eBay buyer told me after getting my shipment. I recommend them! read more

Their online ordering system does not work, and has not worked since October of last year. Last year I had to email the documents I wanted copies of. They charged me .09 per copy, the same as the online ordering price. Since the online ordering system is still not fixed, today I again emailed the document I wanted copies of. Imagine my shock when I got there and was told each copy was .20 AND there was a fee of 2.50 just to open the email! They were charging me twice what I expected, which is not a minor issue at all. I didn't need those copies and told them to shred them. I am not one of their big accounts, so they won't feel the loss of my business. However, I do know that reviews, both positive and negative, do impact future business. read more
