Guess what, it wasn't working. The manager still had to come over and help me. Then, he had issues too. Worst customer service ever! My card expired and I didn't know it. They called me while I was driving so I was unable to look up my information. When I started to question who was asking for my information, the guy became quite insistent that he could put my card on file. I became belligerent knowing full well I had my card on file and the card he have me was not mine. After the call I was able to stop and I found out my card had expired. When I realized my mistake, I paid the bill. But instead they refunded my payment and canceled my service. I had been a customer for years up until this point.
