Which is the exact grift they did on my last visit here when trying to return items to Amazon. Paid $36 for two boxes! For this item, I went down the road to Staples and they accepted it with no issues and were super friendly. This UPS store GRIFTS- no other store like this one in the NW since they like to claim all UPS stores operate like this. It's only them.

I stopped. turned and asked, " What is with the attitude?" He did not like that, got irritated and raised his voice again, and said, "I do not have an attitude, I am thanking you, I am thanking you". This man in no way should be representing Staples by being in customer service dealing with the public. He was irritated from the moment I stepped to the counter. Perhaps he was not feeling well, maybe his oxygen level was too low, maybe he is just not good with people. No matter what his problem was, he attitude, manners, and tone of voice and actions were not professional, pleasant and he made it very apparent he was not happy about doing his job!
