Several people were in line but they had an automatic machine and it was really easy. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The parking lot is a little cramped but it was easy to exit. The service was excellent even though the folks were busy. Wish we had this in White Hall. We had to drive here 40 miles to drop off a box to send back to Amazon. Thanks. read more

Hey while back my wife inherited a huge chandelier. We needed to get it from Little Rock to Los Angeles in one piece. Not knowing anything about how to pack a chandelier for shipping, we took it to the UPS store in the Heights. Dude assured us he had done it before, and then proceeded to explain exactly how he was going to pack it for shipping. Long story short, we got back to Los Angeles and the chandelier was in excellent shape. If you're ever in Little Rock and need something shipped, we recommend that UPS store at the Heights. read more

Everyone at this store is kind and helpful. I send all my large print jobs to them and including birthday invitations, Etsy printables, and just large quantities of copies. I have been a regular at the UPS Store in the Heights for over 2 years. I had a side business and originally chose them as an alternative to a PO Box. Vince (the owner) and the rest of the staff are great and very accommodating! And I was surprised how economical having a box at the UPS store is! I no longer have my side business but I have kept my box at the store because it is so darn convenient. I get a text message when I receive a package, and they sign for it and keep it safe for me until I pick it up. Also it's like having a virtual office. There is a customer computer (for a fee - reasonably priced) that is easy to use. I can send faxes, make copies, print, email, and ship on the go! It really helps me when I am on a deadline or meeting with clients away from my main office in Conway. I highly recommend this UPS store and team! read more

I returned a curtain rod last month - shipped from this location. When the vendor received the package, there was a blanket inside. I called the UPS Store in the Heights to ask if maybe the package was accidentally swapped with another, or what could have happened. The owner told me they received around 75 packages a day and there was no way to check where the package could have gone. Not only did he take no responsibility whatsoever for making sure the packages shipped from his store arrive at their destination, it took much prodding before he finally agreed to call the local distribution center and ask if maybe there was a package left there whose label had fallen off. Most unpleasant about this experience is not the $100 I just threw away between shipping and the lost curtain rod, it is dealing with someone who is completely indifferent about customer service. read more

I've tried to use this space for sending and receiving. They have routinely lost my packages. Furthermore, the owner (and most of the employees) are very rude to customers and lack any service skills. Go to another UPS store if you have to use one. read more

I'd give this store a 2.5 stars if I could. The location is great and one of the guys who works there is super helpful. It is a UPS store -- not a post office, but I wish I'd known that they charge roughly double what USPS charges for the same services. The weird thing is that they won't tell you what they're going to charge you for USPS services over the phone because that's "proprietary information." That's just unhelpful enough that it tips the "convenience" balance for me; I'll avoid this store from now on. read more
