I had a return for Amazon and this UPS store is the close to me so I went there. It was not the best experience. The staff was cold and unfriendly. I know it is about business but being friendly and welcoming is a smart business practice. I hate to go there now. They try to nickel and dime you at this store, seemingly always trying to get an extra fee or charge in on what should be a free return. I had a mailbox at the Rodney Parham UPS Store location for about 8 months in 2024-2025. I just wanted to tell you that I have been very happy with the service I received from everyone at that office. I especially wanted to thank Annie for her help in renewing my mailbox every three months and also forwarding my mail to me at whatever location I was at. I should have read the reviews. Here from out of town for work. Had some items I needed printed. Submitted them via the online print store. Received confirmation email guaranteeing order by 1:30pm the next day Arrived at the store. Was told I had to wait for the print person. Waited for almost 30 minutes. Then she said I needed to provide the documents I wanted printed. They hadn't done the order. Waited another 10 minutes for a refund. Apparently they couldn't go in and cancel the order and refund my credit card. Handed me cash. 40 minutes later I walked out still in need of my printed items. What a farce read more

You must have not read my review! I worked for UPS and felt with UPS stores on a daily basis. Your particular store has serious customer service issues. I'm very away of the chemical policies. Your store and staff has very poor customer service skills. Obviously neither you or your staff can identify rain drops or a box that was wet from rain. Especially when it rained all evening. My advice to you and your store. Research the affects of wearing a mask for any extended period of time. If there were a negative star feature available here, a -5 stars would be appropriate. VERY unprofessional. Certain employees will say an item isn't there, when in fact UPS texts and say: "Ready for pickup" ! Why would UPS text ALL of their customers that sign up for texts, saying that their item is ready, when in fact it isn't? When it arrives it is scanned by hand and that's when the customers are notified. Pretty simple concept, yet is a struggle for them to grasp. The revolving door of new employees in and out is a very big indicator of what a joke this place is as far as customer service and management / owner's effort to make it better! Been this way for YEARS. Also, check out the other reviews below mine that talk about this place's vibe being "standoffish". Yep, that's 100% acurate. I more or less was about to be in an altercation on one fine visit. Guess that's a new business tactic: Fight your customers! ...BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE!!! I know you won't believe this either, but there's also at least 5 other reviews by 5 other customers below that say these people at this location are "RUDE"! DO WE SEE A PATTERN YET?!?! I had a return to Ariat that I was told in an email to just take to UPS and didn't have to box up. When I went to this store, the employees were rude, chomping on food and just unhelpful. They asked me if I had a box or bag in my car to put the return in and I told them I didn't then they told me I could buy one for $17...that's ridiculous!! read more

I just wanted To say that my profession requires me to work different cites and counties in Arkansas and I have to drop packages for overnight delivery at various locations to ship to other states. I have been doing this work for many years and I have found that the UPS Store in Little Rock, AR on Rodney Parham is by far the best one to go to. The false advertisement of prices, for ie. the board stated a price for printing for they wanted to charge me $3 for a black & white print out meanwhile they have a sign claiming different prices. This has got to be the worst UPS store in the country. I've never seen worse customer service. Horrible attitudes by the staff. They act as if they are doing you a huge favor just to let you use their service. I brought 5 boxes in and the employees immediately told me they couldn't ship it because the box was damaged. I had to ask if I could purchase a new box and repackage. Then I listened as they were incredibly rude to 3 different customers on the phone and talking amping themselves about how the stupid people keep calling and asking about their shipments. I rarely write reviews but when I've had exceptionally good or exceptionally bad experience, I feel that I should. I took some things to this UPS Store (my return instructions sent me a prepaid shipping label for UPS and instructed me to take it to a UPS store) to be returned to a department store. I didn't have a box large enough and assumed the store would be able to accommodate me. They did, but an exorbitant price - $30 for a 2'x2'x2'. I know that's a big box but $30 (it was a cardboard box)? They then charged an additional $7.50 for putting it into the box. What I didn't know and do now is that "The UPS Store" is an independent franchise and not under the UPS umbrella. Each one is individually owned. I later picked up the phone and called another store about the same distance from me. They said it would have been about half of that. What you all need to know is that each one of these stores is owned and operated separately and can do as they like. In the future, I'll be calling around for a quotes read more

The staff at this store went above and beyond in finding my misplaced package! UPS Corporate (the ones that deliver and run the Little Rock Hub) and drop-off/Access Points are NOT associated in anything other than name. I came in this store with a lot of beef toward the driver that refuses to leave packages and with UPS corporate whom I have been dealing with over the phone for the past month. I quickly realized that this independently owned store is just as frustrated with the new InfoNotice systems and we were experiencing a lot of the same problems. The owner, Carol, and another employee, Kim, went above and beyond to help me find a package that had been mislabeled by the sender then dumped off at their store by the driver after only 1 attempt at my door. They got me in touch with someone at UPS corporate and we figured out the issue. Carol also spent some time with me to help resolve further issues and how to possibly avoid them in the future. I got notification yesterday my packages arrived at my house at 5:34pm. My Cameras and Ring Door bell say that is a LIE!!(so i start the calls) Got to love a place you trust to deliver Christmas packages and doesn't. That would be awesome if that was end of story my wife talks to them they promise they will start investigation But will be at least 8 days. This puts after Christmas and they lied said they where starting the investigation. I called the next day to see if they located the packages they said it was delivered to my address and nothing else they could do and the shipper is only one that can start the investigation. I called them out on this cause I have cameras all around my house the UPS truck never came by at ALL. So now we the LIE count has moved up to 2 and still no satisfaction the young lady i was talking to today wouldn't hand up so i could leave the review they asked for after the call. The total lack of customer service and empathy is beyond pathetic GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS!!! Hope your holidays go better! read more

The staff at this store is incompetent. Tracking states that package was rerouted to this store. They could not find it. Looking in various corners and drawers. After 20 minutes, I gave up and left. The UPS driver checked that no one was home. Not true and that an attempt would be made the next day. It did not happen. This is my third bad experience at this UPS store. read more

Bad service, rude, and slow. My send-to company requested a double boxed shipment to be insured for over $1000. I packed myself. UPS employee said since I insured it for $1000+ that she had to inspect my packing. Fair enough. After inspection she said my inside box, the box that contained the insured goods, passed but I only had the 2 inches of required padding on 2 of the 4 sides of the outside box (this struck me as odd because a box has 6 sides, but I digress), so she would have to either re-pack it ($30+) or I would have to drop the insurance below $1k. I asked why this was seeing that the inside box that contained the insured materials was up to the requirements. She said that if the outside box gets punctured the inside box has no protection. I tried to convey that the inside box IS the protection for the insured materials. I am insuring the contents of the inner box, not the box itself. I asked if I would be allowed to ship the inside box with over $1k insurance as-is without the outside box and she said yes. She couldn't explain why there was a disconnect and continued to check me out without listening to my concerns. Ultimately I dropped the insurance to $999. I'm expecting a check in the mail any day as I'm sure that package went straight into the dumpster after I left. But all jokes aside, if the 2 inch requirement is policy on all packages regardless of number of boxes, a trained employee should be able to explain this to the customer. I got blown off by this employee. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning. read more
