I frequently ship packages and visit various UPS stores, but I intentionally avoid this location despite it being the closest to my home because the staff is consistently rude. Most of the time, I only need to drop off a small package with a pre-printed label. When I walk in and mention this, with no one else in line, the male manager simply points to the counter with a scowl. Today, while in a hurry, I decided to give this location another chance. There were three people waiting, and I asked, "Can I just leave this package on the counter? It already has a label." The gentleman responded, "No, we have a line." I then asked if the other customers were also dropping off pre-labeled packages, and he replied, "I don't know, but we have a line." I've never encountered this response at any other UPS store. With several family members who have worked for UPS, including in high-ranking positions, I know this is not the level of service the company stands for. I believe they would be extremely disappointed with the experience at this location. read more

Fast service, no nonsense. I was not harassed or turned away for my natural face and appearance at this location. The same can not be said for other UPS Stores. Although this location is further away from my home, it will be worth the time and resources to give them my business in the future. The person who worked here easily glanced at my envelope going to eastern Russia and he confirmed that the address was spaced properly. I mail a lot of packages and this isn't' my usual drop off spot...good golly was the woman every slow! She was very thorough, but super sluggish. They weren't busy and all I wanted to get in and get out. But I was in there more than 10 minutes to mail two packages. I already had postage paid labels on, so she didn't have to even print anything. She talked up a storm, got sidetracked and it was just not a good experience as a frequent mailer. Last Thanksgiving, my mother passed away rather unexpectedly. As part of her legacy, she passed along the china set to me that had been given to her mother in the early 30's. We flew into town for the memorial service but there was no way that I would have been able to bring the china home with me. I remembered that my local neighborhood UPS store in Santa Rosa had photos posted all over the store about interesting items they had sent around the world, so I decided to check in with the local Littleton UPS store. I brought the entire 12 place serving set to the store, explained what had happened and why I wanted it shipped to my home in California. The store person who worked with me assured me that he would do everything necessary to ensure that the china safely arrived. All I did was drop it off and he did this rest: wrapped, packed and shipped. I was a bit hesitant, but what else could I do? I was between a rock and hard spot. I had to TRUST the UPS motto of getting things to where they need to be on time and in one piece. Well ... I flew back to Santa Rosa and pensively waited. When the boxes arrived, I opened each one and to my delight, every single plate, cup, saucer, server and dish was intact. I trusted my memories to UPS and this store came through with flying colours. They're also really good at multitasking, taking care of other customers in line if someone at the front is filling something out or it will take a bit longer. read more

Excellent service! This store is where I will bring all my business. Here's why I dropped by the store hoping to have some of my daughter's elementary school art work laminated. It only cost $8.00 yet I was treated as if I were their most important customer. The store manager consulted with me to make sure he understood what I wanted, then he cut and laminated the art. He then taped the sides of art to make doubly sure the laminate had adhered. Of course, while this was going on, there was a constant flow of other customers. Their needs ranged from mailing antique china to a step daughter, to sending an overnight document, to assisting two men returning packages back to Amazon, to a man picking up a package. If I could give it ZERO stars I would! Here's what happened: Short black woman (I did not get her name) unlocked store at 830am, keep in mind the store should be opened and ready for business at 830am, which means she needs to arrive at 815am at the latest to be able to open her doors for business. She did not greet me as I stood next to her outside, made no eye contact and looked angry; almost as if she was bothered that I was waiting outside. She then proceeded to the bathroom, came behind the counter (again no hello or eye contact and looking angry, and said to me ''if your dropping off a package and need a receipt you HAVE to wait until the system comes up. Five minutes standing in front of her, with no conversation or apology on her part, I was given my receipt with not even a thank you and I walked out the door. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OR ANY OTHER UPS STORE AGAIN!!! FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET???? BTW, I CALLED UPS STORE CORPORATE OFFICE AND REPORTED HER NASTY BEHAVIOR TO THEM. CORPS # 858-455-8800 if anyone needs to report this lady's behavior again. I hope she is not the franchisee or a manager. If she is, she deserves to lose the few customers she may have because of her nasty and obnoxious personality. I walked all the way down here to print my shipping label so I could mail back my rented textbooks for school just to find out they will not print from the Internet. This was a major inconvenience and the owner was very rude.
