The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. We did have weather delay which i understand we can't do nothing about mother nature but package kept getting delayed. Still not delivered on Tuesday even though package was at the destination. The person at the other end had to go to the local center and they explained it was not sent as 2 day delivery. Called the mail center and they are explained it indicates it is a 2 day delivery but when they get delivered is fed ex issue, not theirs and i did not pay for 2 day delivery. The man who helped me caught that I had signed my passport application with blue ink. The form states everything needs to be in black ink. He helped me fix it. As I'm expediting the passport application I appreciated the catch since it could have slowed the process down. My photos were also attractive. Much better than DMV or other places I've been.
