Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. He finished the packing, printed out the shipping and tracking labels and receipt for me, and we were on our way. My package arrived on time and undamaged. I couldn't have been happier.

Sometimes one of the owners helps you and, even with a bit of a language and culture barrier, they seem happy to have you there. But they have one particular guy, who is there most of the time and he looks mad, unhappy to be there, he's often rude and simply unfriendly. Now if this was a free service, fine. But this is a rather expensive service to have, so you expect to be treated well, like you're appreciated. And I'm never one to call for someone to be removed from a position, but at least deal with the attitude, as it constantly makes me consider driving to a farther location just to feel better about where I do business. Hopeful that things will change and have suggested it in the past, but after 14 months, sadly I'm afraid we're stuck with what we've got.
