I called two days ago to ask about notary services. I specifically asked if somebody would be there and if a second witness could be provided. They said yes. I called early today and asked the same question so as not to lose a trip. When I got there, suddenly we were given some lame made up excuse about the first sentence of the document needed to be "reworded"? And no, they could not provide another witness. So we had to leave. The guy didn't seem legit with his answers, maybe he didn't like latin people. We went to Wells Fargo instead and they did it in a few minutes, no charge. read more

The shipping prices appear to change based on what you are willing to pay which is more of a bartering practice not what shipping actually cost. Probably works well in India not here.. She could not furnish who the shipping carrier was on the last two prices she gave me so I left. read more

The employees are always very helpful and conscientious at this location. They do a great job of carefully boxing my items and always give me choices and pricing on shipping speed. read more

I needed a Notary today, due to my poor planning, not realizing it is Veterans Day and banks are closed. I did an internet search and found the UPS Store in my neighborhood. I have lived in the area and have used this store in the past. I was pleasantly surprised today to learn the store has a wonderful new owner. Patti, the new owner helped with my needs. They even went above and beyond to help me obtain the proper form I needed to have notarized. Apparently, the form I found on-line did not have the proper verbiage at the bottom that a Notary needs to do their job. The store was steadily busy for a Saturday morning, but we were promptly greeted and asked what service we needed. We were then told someone would be with us soon. Patti made our experience extremely pleasant. They offer a wide range of services from copying, printing, shipping and postal boxes, just to mention a few. The folks running this store now (for a while now) are excellent! Customer service is 5 star - always! I have packages to return to Amazon...they handle it all and quickly. I had one special package that needed to get rushed and they took care of it! They handle everything and even do all the little thing for you too.
