Great service. We have been printing school, science fair, history day and other educational posters in this store for the last 2 years. The quality is great and gives a professional finish with their prints. This morning, we requested three posters to be printed the same day. Although the team encountered printer issues and a possible file-rendering problem with one image, Michael from the store kept me updated throughout the day and still completed the job on time before closing. In contrast, at another location, 7011-lincoln-ave UPS Store 2000, the staff member could not determine the correct price, was unprepared to assist, and quoted an arbitrary amount close to $400, seemingly because she either did not know how to handle the request or did not want to proceed with the job. If you ever need printing services, I highly recommend visiting this store, no matter where you live. Great staff. Chief and Sandy were so helpful and patient. I had some printing and had to e-mail them the docs and had some challenges with the doc sizes. They were helpful with funding a solution and getting them printed in the right size. During the time I was in the shop, i witnessed them be just as helpful and welcoming to other guests. read more

I'm so irritated right now. I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday. UPS never notified me that I would have to be home for a signature. If I had known that they needed a signature, I would've been able to move stuff around to make sure somebody was here to sign it. Not only that the driver which was based out of Englewood had could've taken the package to any UPS pick up point or "access point" but he took it back to Englewood where he knew damn well that it was going to be closed on Sunday. I put time aside so that I could put the package together and have it ready in my house today and now I can't do that. I don't even know if I'm gonna be able to pick up the package tomorrow because I work at 12 hour shift. Out of the tin access points this is the only closed one on Sunday. Nobody reached out to me. Nobody told me what was going on. I had to sign onto their stupid online order checking thing just to find out that that was the reason he couldn't deliver my package. Just awesome UPS. I know it may seem like I'm being nitpicky but I work 70+ hours a week. The things that within this package was supposed to be a surprise to my family and God knows if I'll even have time to pick it up not mention put it together. read more

Customer Service.Wow. Just got a call from Eric saying he noticed that a file I gave him for printing did not look right. And he was right, the file was incorrect. Paying attention and doing the best thing for your customer is what it is all about. This store has earned my trust. I know I can count on them to take care of me, even when the issue is mine. They will also work very hard to turn over our printing as quickly as possible. Eric even apologized to me that my printing wouldn't be done as quickly as the last round, because I messed up one of the files. He still wants to get it done supper fast. Awesome. read more

This place rocks! I frequently drop off packages here with no problem...it's a quick, easy transaction. I'm usually in and out in a matter of minutes. I have my label preprinted, lay it on the scale and ask for a receipt....ba da bing, ba da boom. This UPS store is so simple and convenient. Eric and his staff printed my wedding invitations, RSVP cards, and thank you notes for our summer wedding. We saved a FORTUNE going this way instead of the online printers and the end result was incredible. Eric helped us select the right paper for the colors and design we were using and got the job done quickly and affordably. I go to this store every time I need to ship something because: 1. It's right around the corner from work 2. I've always had a great experience with them! I've had bad experiences at other locations (namely, lost packages and no explanation... just a refund... which is fine if it's replaceable... not so much if it isn't). But here, if something goes wrong... they fix it quickly. For example, I shipped a package around the holidays last year to Canada and the customs receipt tore off so it was being shipped back to my house. Eric had one of his employees drive to my house (which is at 80th and Federal) to pick it up. As someone who works in a customer service industry, I really value others who understand what the industry is about (because so little do these days)... which is why I try to take the time to write reviews about great or poor experiences. Long story short, Eric runs a great store - so if you're in the neighborhood and need to ship something... I suggest stopping in and going through them! read more

I went to Market at Southpark location for a passport picture. The first photos were not acceptable as I was not looking squarely at the camera. A second set of pictures were taken (begrudgingly by the manager) and although I still had my doubts that the passport photo agency requirements were met, I accepted the photos and sent one to the agency. Not surprisingly, it was rejected due to incorrect distance and margins. My suggestion is to go elsewhere for passport pictures as the personnel at this UPS location are not skilled in taking pictures correctly. read more

Store hours said they would open at 830am. Waited until 9am, no one came. I left to do errands and came back. The man at the counter asked if I wanted the cheapest delivery method, i said yes. He quoted me almost $13.00 for standard mail service. The cost shocked me as the item was under $13.00 itself. So I said no. I came home did research and then took my item to another UPS store in the area. They said standard mail would be the MOST expensive, not the cheapest!!!! The cheapest was under $5.00. If you read the reviews for this location- DON'T do business with these guys- find another location with ETHICS. These guys are pocketing our money by mailing cheap but charging us the most expensive. read more

The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Long story short, I had an appointment to have a few documents notarized. When I arrived, I was greeted by two fire engines and 4 police cars. Unfortunately, someone had just run their car directly into the store. Instead of rescheduling, Eric can out and provided the notary services in the back of my car. After having a bad experience at this store, they made it up for it this time. My package was delivered on-time and as promised. The TV was working fine when I unwrapped it and overall I am satisfied with the customer service and shipping UPS provided. Granted UPS and FDX are expensive to ship, but what are my choices? FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Oh well, I guess I gotta buy online and ship through big chain stores from now on. read more

Eric and his team are great! I had used this store 3+ years ago under a different owner/manager and was not impressed. I never thought I'd live to say it, but I have found better service with the USPS than I have UPS! After sending numerous packages with the USPS without a problem, I thought I'd play it safe by shipping my Xbox 360 via the UPS Store. In a nutshell, my package was delivered on time, but it was delivered to the wrong state, in the opposite direction. (Showed up in CA, when it was supposed to go to WV, originating from CO. But, at least on the plus side, one unknown family was happy after they got a free Xbox with games due to the UPS blunder!) I had to reimburse eBay (granted it was around $100, so not anything huge financially), but now I have to be inconvenienced with filing a claim on a package that should have never been lost in the first place! I will be placated if I file a claim and am reimbursed promptly, but from now on, I will use FedEx or (shudder) the USPS if I want to mail a package! Also, eBay was unresponsive; well they were responsive in ruling against me, but it took too long for everything else, so forget them too! (If down the road I find it was eBay's fault and not UPS, I will try to rescind this posting, but for now, eBay is claiming it was an error on the shipper's end ) read more

I went to drop a package off on 12/23/15. It was already boxed with a prepaid label. The door was locked and a sign on the door said "gone to bank, be back in 5 minutes". So I waited about 10 minutes and no sign of the store employee. I looked inside and there were 2 guys inside who let me in. They said they didn't work there but had a key so I went in, dropped my package off on the counter, and the 3 of us left. They assured me that the employee would be back soon and would scan my package in. Well it's 3 days later and the UPS tracking website has no record of my package. I have tried calling the store numerous times and nobody answers. I have called The UPS Store corporate office and was not able to speak to anybody. I emailed corporate. I emailed the local store. Nothing. At this point I am assuming the employee has stolen my package. Also, I did not know this but "The UPS Store" is not the same company as UPS even though they use the same logo. UPS was unable to help me in any way with this matter. read more
