My husband and I needed a mailbox and they helped us with all our questions and ease our minds knowing our mail and packages will be delivered safely. In fact the entire staff here are very nice and always greet us with a smile! They will package and mail your things for you so you don't have to! Odd to reply to an 11 year old review about a "management issue". When was the management updated? If you owe the customer money, why not refund the customer. As the business owner, shouldn't you include 11 years of interest refunded if you are going to reply to a 11 year old review you never refunded the customer for? read more

I have been using this mail center for years without complaint or incident. Whenever you receive mail, they send you a photo of the delivered envelopes & I just LOVE this extra service; it saves me from making unnecessary trips to check my mail. This place is awful! I have to say, I'm surprised they don't have more bad reviews. It's a disaster, they always lose your mail, or you find someone else's mail in your box even after they have taken a photo of it. They simply are careless! The person who works there is extremely rude and the owner does not care. This place used to be good years ago. Now it is best to stay away if you want to avoid issues of lost mail. read more

They are very unprofessional. Thankfully I saved myself at​ the last minute. They send me an email about what is needed to open a mailbox, and what needs to be notarized. Then after I've finished and sent over everything and then "David" was like; "You know what we forgot to tell you that you need to notarize your ID too." Even USPS tells ID does not need to be notarized. They don't even know their business enough. I was going to ask for a refund, but now I can't get a hold of them. My only advice would stay away from these unprofessional guys. You can get a way better service from somewhere else. read more

I receive real time updates for mail and package delivery, and it's always collected and sorted to ensure a quick and efficient handover. The mailboxes are secured under lock and key, including surveillance after hours so you never have to worry if anything goes missing. David also has great customer service, checking in for clarification if there is something he is unsure of, and always provides a response to any questions you may have. After reviewing a ton of mailbox places, I found this place via Yelp (thanks Yelp community!) and it's been top notched service from the moment I walked in. From sending me photos of my important mail, but leaving out marketing junk mail so my email inbox doesn't get cluttered, to giving me a free stamp when I ran out and had an overdue letter that needed to go out ASAP, the team has been nothing short of exceptional. A few months ago, everything started great! I highly respected that they'd built-out a company literally from the side of a Vons supermarket wall (two actually), and the service was solid (if maybe not so friendly, but I wanted service not friends, right). They originally sold me on the notion of emailing me pictures of my mail. That was fantastic! I'd get photos of my various envelopes and magazines so that I could decide when to go pickup my mail. It was everything I'd imagined when we first talked. Then the photos slowed down. At first I thought I had a lull in mail but when I opened my box, it was packed. I mentioned it to them and I received a few more emailed photos but now it's basically stopped except for the rare image of an important-looking financial envelope, which has just been junk mail. I have had a business mailbox here for many years. I never had any problems with my mail. When bank or state documents arrive, they promptly send me an email, asking me how I want such correspondence to be handled. If I ask for the envelope to be opened and scanned, and the contents sent to me via email, that is done immediately. On the other hand, if I ask for the document to be physically sent to some of my other office locations, I get it in one to two days. I highly recommend this place. I was shopping around for a PO Box in Santa Monica and thank God I run into this guy! It's not just a postal service, it is the real deal! You get a bunch of cool things, like and email letting you know that you got the letter that you were expecting. The guy even takes a photo of the envelope and send it to you. It is located at the intersection of two busy streets so it's safe to go anytime. Always worth mentioning is that the store has a contemporary decor with exposed brick walls, plasma tv, and artwork that could past for a coffee shop. I have been using this mailbox service for 3 years now, and I can't be happier to have found them. I know it may sound silly because it's a mailbox - but Pablo and his team really go above and beyond to provide a more personal service. My other box is with a UPS store and they don't tell me when I have mail. Pablo and team send us a photo of the mail so we can see what has arrived and if it's important enough for me to run over there to pick it up. The mailbox is very centrally located which is great, but also bad if you're trying to park there on a weekend when everyone is out in Santa Monica. read more
