Was mailing out a pretty big prop head and not only did they pack it they helped me choose the best options to mail it out. I like it I went into the 24 hour postal this past Friday to see if I could have a return shipping label printed off my cell phone the guy behind the counter proceeds to tell me no you can't you need a QR code DUDE in order to obtain a QR code if I had a QR code do you think I would've got to the 24 hour postal no I would've gone to the UPS store they would've scam my phone and Princess Richard shipping level out for me. But I might never report the guy obviously doesn't know what the difference between UPS and USPS and In what UPS does what USPS does and you work for 24 hour postal wow OMG. Today I went back because I needed to fax and documentation and the woman behind the counter write all black including her shoes with a black headband around her head and braids came off as rather standoffish condescending and belligerent with a stick so far for a year huh and if you try to pull it out of her you won't get very far with her so another words another Karen at its finest read more

Went in for passport photos for me and my baby for different countries. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and just overall extremely competent. I went here instead of the Post Office to mail my passport application and let me tell you, what a breath of fresh air. When I miss package deliveries, they end up bringing it here, which is nice because it's very near a residential area. They are open 7 days a week. Small parking lot, next to a pizza place, a mini mart, and an Indian restaurant. read more

I called ahead to find out how to print one shipping label. I also looked online for the prices which was 13 cents. The gentleman on the phone told me to email it to Printing@us247postal.com. I did. When I arrived, they told me the total was $1.14. I asked why $1 extra and they told me it was the "processing fee" for emailing them the document. I would have brought it on a flash drive but the gentleman hadn't told me there would be a fee. I feel like this is misleading and bad business. I was trying to support a local business instead of going to FedEx print but I'll only be going to FedEx since they're more transparent and affordable. 2 stars for the nice lady who helped me at the counter but she also started off with a weird joke saying "you look non violent" which she explained was in reference to the story the delivery man had told which I wasn't privy to. read more

No line. No line. No line. If you need to drop off a package sent via UPS, this is the place to go. They're friendly and always pretty empty. You can even drop off Amazon Returns here. When UPS can't gain access to our building, this serves as an UPS Access Point drop off. Perfect. Walk basically around the corner. Bring your ID and your package is yours within minutes. They're organized and clean (the next closest Access Point is not, so I really like that 24/7 is). Final Word: This spot's a winner. read more

I was shipping a package to my friend in Texas yesterday and I went to this postal center for the first time. I'm usually overwhelmed at the post office...but not here! The vibe in there was calm and chill. There were only 2 people in front of me. The employees were very nice and fast. It seemed like the type of place locals go. They also have a large selection of key chains and greeting cards! I bought a purple keychain. I will definitely come back here again if I am in the area. read more

The notary public was useless. I brought a document required to be notarized by a European government (it's for a visa), and the guy said right away, "It cannot be done." I tried to explain I've done it before with a couple of documents, and how, and what kind of notarization the consulate required, but he didn't listen. He was more interested in talking down to me, and kept babbling away (he even mentioned the kind that could be done), until I just walked out. He behaved like the kind of guy who mistakes his own ignorance of a specific transaction with an all-encompassing knowledge of the subject. Irritating. read more

We tend to come 1-2 times a week and know that whatever we need will be done correctly and nothing will get lost like things at UPS stores.
