I've had a box with you for a few months now, which I got to receive packages as our building was having a lot of package theft. And I just wanted to say, Eric is fantastic!! He learned my name the first time I came in and always starts getting things ready for me the moment I walk in the door. He is so pleasant and welcoming every time I come in. He and his Corgi, Lonnie, are an excellent pair to brighten my day! A personal touch in a world with very little of that anymore is so needed -- getting mail now feels like a community connection instead of the annoying chore I was expecting it to be. The premises is clean, well organized with a nice variety of mailboxes for different budgets at reasonable prices. MR MILLS DOES NOT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS! Firstly this Mailbox location is a lot more expensive than many other centers and for the high rate, I pay I expect to be treated with respect. I had an issue with my mail being returned to sender by Mr. Mills (the owner) it was a very important package for my business and I called in advance to arrange for the package. There was a miscommunication with staff regarding the issue and when I contacted Mr. Mills on 5 separate occasions via email and left phone messages he never called me back. I pay $150 for only 6 months for a small box and he didn't even care enough to take 5 minutes out of his day to call me after I have been a customer for several years! Complete disrespect! read more

I've been using this place for two years and I just paid for my third year with them. There are only two guys that work there and they are both extremely helpful and kind people. It's true that their hours are very limited, especially for people who have 9-5 jobs, but I do like that you can pick small packages up after hours if you call in and request it, plus every customer is given a key to the door so that you can check your mail 24/7 whenever is convenient for you. A lot of other places charge you if you don't pick up your packages within 2+ days whereas this place does not do that. Another thing I LOVE is that they have an option where you can have them text/email you if you receive a package. That was definitely a convenience feature that won me over, especially since I have to drive to check my mail. It is a bit pricer than some other companies in the area, but I think you pay for what you get. Mail in LA is a very shady thing, so these guys make me feel a lot safer about it. Couldn't ask for much more. Oh, and there's free parking. Yay! read more
