This location of the UPS store is great! They are very fast and friendly. I was needing to send back an item I purchased from Amazon. They just scanned my QR code on my phone for the return. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way within five minutes. NOTE: I had another item to return to Amazon that I no longer had the box it came in. They just scanned the return QR code that I was sent from Amazon and took the item just as is and re-boxed and returned it for me. Gave me a receipt. I recommend using the UPS store for all your office/home office packaging and mailing needs. read more

I received an email and text from UPS that my package was ready for pick up at the Los Lunas UPS store. The older woman with short hair is always rude. I showed her my messages. She lies to me and says that UPS had not delivered my package. Come back later. She should have said : sorry, but we have not yet processed your package, can you come back later. read more

Male worker opened the door for me I approached the counter female employee said " I don't know why people do this " I asked what do they do she very rudely replied " come in at the last minute " Excuse me. Your hours of operation state they close at 1:00 I walked in 5 min before ! From previous reviews why does this employee still have a job at this location. Went in today to pick up a UPS Package and the lady was rude and said she didn't have the package. I told her I have the slip and I need my package. Another woman came out and grabbed the UPS slip (after hearing us argue about needing the package) and went to the back, came back with my package and threw it on the counter. There was no need for this type of childish behavior from a grown woman who should be trying to keep people happy at their business. They are very rude and not easy to get along with. read more

The workers here are rude and lazy. Their hours of operation are not honored. They close earlier on Saturday, the door says they close at 1pm. Their doors were locked before that time. The lady then screamed to another customer to not open the door for me. I just needed to drop off a package and go, would have taken two seconds. read more

A very rude woman helped me, told me I had to buy tape to help tape the box I was sending so I did, and she proceeded to use one small piece of tape from the container. One she could've easily let me use right off her desk. I would understand needing to buy tape if I needed to get the whole box or secure multiple corners, but for one small piece? This place will not lend a hand to tape your package but instead will ask you to buy a roll of tape and tape it yourself. People here are truly disgusting and there policies are unethical to say the least. FedEx is a better choice, just my opinion. Stick your tape where the sun doesn't shine! read more

This morning , 7/17/2020, your agent (older lady with fake red hair and glasses) REFUSED to accept our Amazon returns with QR code because she would not pack the items in a box. My husband was told "we do not give away boxes." He informed her and showed her the return instructions which states the UPS Store will pack return items but she would not accept them. It is my understanding the UPS Store has a corporate agreement with Amazon to provide this service. Your agent does not know about this policy and management should have a discussion on how being rude to a customer is not a good business practice. She was also not wearing her face mask properly and had her nose completely uncovered which negates even wearing the mask. This should be discussed with her as well as it is a health issue and makes your store look like they are not fully complying with the State mask order. Based on this poor interaction I would not likely return to your store in the future. read more

Apparently this UPS store is locally owned and not only are they locally owned but they also support locals. Well the massage was from one of the local spas in town, and let me tell you it was the best mini massage I've ever had! Love the service that was provided, and love that locals support locals. If you care about getting your packages, DO NOT USE THIS STORE. My dad passed away on November 2 after a year long battle with pancreatic cancer. Today when my mom and I tried to pick up my mom's Christmas packages they refused to give them to her because they were shipped in my dad's name. We offered to bring in documentation (marriage license and death certificate) but that wasn't good enough. All they were willing to do was refuse delivery and send the packages back. The owner blamed my recently deceased dad for setting up the box incorrectly. Classy. read more

This store is great! I had a lot of notarizing and witness needs to which they helped me with in the most pleasant and quick fashion!! These people seemed to really care about the work they were doing and were helpful to everyone that came in the door. It was just a nice experience. I am writing this lovely review because it is the least that I owe them after all the help I received. I am giving this store a one because zero is not an option. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING HERE!! I bought a Christmas gift from Amazon and sent it to this store. I called in advance and was told that I could ship it to them, so long as I have either a mail box or sign up for myups. I do not have a box so I signed up for myups under the assumption that they would accept my package. They also mentioned that if I chose not to sign up for myups, I would just be charged a $5 dollar fee. First off, it has been 5 days and I still do not know where my expensive package is at. I went to this UPS store multiple times over the course of two days. Yet, I have learned nothing new and no one has been able to help me. Second, I asked to talk to a manager and instead was greeted by the rude owner. She was impatient and her facial expressions said it all. She ended up showing me the backroom to "prove" they did not have the package. What she failed to understand is that, I was not accusing them of having it but simply asking where it might be. Third, I cannot comprehend how none of the employees nor the owner could locate my package that they refused after it was delivered to them. Lastly, I have wasted all of my time calling everyone. I've talked to robots, Fedex, UPS, Amazon, the seller, USPS, and more. I even contacted the UPS supervisor, who was actually very sweet. Not to mention, I drove back and forth between the UPS store and USPS to find any clue where my package is. Tomorrow I will visit the distribution center, as I, nor anyone I contacted, know where my very expensive Christmas gift is at. Thank you for absolutely nothing! First time using this store. It is nice and organized inside. Very helpful too. I needed to drop off one package and send another. They took care of both promptly and efficiently. I mentioned I had seen their grand opening flyer at the gym and I received a "gift" bag with nice goodies! I am grateful they opened a store in Los Lunas. I hated to WAIT at the other UPS drop off location. Now I don't have to wait! They do so much more as well. this company packed my partially disassembled antique family table and sent it to Cincinnati. They may have done an OK job packing it, but the box that arrived looked like the shippers had dropped it from a 2 story building. In the past, a UPS store in Indiana shipped me a very expensive lamp shade that arrived smashed, and they refused to honor the insurance or pay me back because the store had packed it themselves. Be warned: the movers DON'T CARE about your package. The store doesn't warn you that the receiver is supposed to save all the boxes and packaging materials for claims, and neither did the delivery man, who admitted that the box was damaged. My table arrived in pieces: legs broken off frame, table top broken, frame broken. I will change my review somewhat if they honor my insurance, but the table still had to be reassembled, repaired, and refinished. read more

I have tried on three occasions to use UPS services at this store and have been unable to get ANY service so far. They refused to give a receipt or signature for a return shipment leaving me with no recourse if the shipment was lost or disappeared. The UPS instructions required a signature but they refused. its a hit and miss here, went today and waited while the lady there was shooting the briefs with a customer so she couldnt help me, then the other employee noticed me waiting , she unhappily unglued herself from her computer and called me to the counter , tells me there will be a charge of $1.50 for taping the boxes, i asked if they needed to be taped if they were self sealing boxes, (that means it has very strong 3m adhesive to seal with)she said yes... hum yeah no. dont think so i was never charged before or anywhere else i wonder why this changed. but oh well avoid unless you really need to send something , otherwise schedule pick ups from your home. read more
