My dryer vent cover, which simply fits into two slots for easy removal, was screwed on the house crooked. I tried to call, but received voicemail. I was hoping they had adhesive on their service truck and could repair the skirting for me. The voicemail stated that you can text, so I did that as well. This was within 15 minutes of them leaving. I explained what happened and sent photographs - no response - and now they are closed until Monday. I have to spend part of my weekend trying to repair the house skirting before it rains, otherwise I need to hire a handyman to fix it. I'm definitely not a happy customer right now.
