When we asked about the tax exempt form she was once again annoyed with us and proceeded to tell us she didn't have any forms and we had to go up front to do that. She tried to continue to complete the purchase after that and we said again, we are tax exempt. An eye roll later she found a form in 2 seconds and completed it in 10 seconds. Anything and everything we asked, it annoyed her and we (the customer) were the inconvenience. Will NEVER do another print & copy job here again.

The store definitely has a lot of cool notebooks, and definitely good office supplies. The phone number does not appear fully on many pens, or a number is only partially printed. The pen itself is noisy. I would not hand this out to a potential client. I did call the company & left a voice mail. They were not available during business hours. I did email the company and did not receive a reply. I wish I could upload pictures to demonstrate the quality; I would absolutely not recommend this business for anything you are trying to use to represent your business, unless your quality is all around sub-optimal.
