The woman at the counter was annoyed that so many people were there and made a comment that was along the lines of "why does everyone have to get here as soon as we open?" When we asked about the tax exempt form she was once again annoyed with us and proceeded to tell us she didn't have any forms and we had to go up front to do that. She tried to continue to complete the purchase after that and we said again, we are tax exempt. An eye roll later she found a form in 2 seconds and completed it in 10 seconds. Anything and everything we asked, it annoyed her and we (the customer) were the inconvenience. Will NEVER do another print & copy job here again.

I am so disappointed with my dryer vent cleaning service today. After they left, I saw that part of…read moremy house skirting near the outdoor dryer vent was broken off of the house. My dryer vent cover, which simply fits into two slots for easy removal, was screwed on the house crooked. I tried to call, but received voicemail. I was hoping they had adhesive on their service truck and could repair the skirting for me. The voicemail stated that you can text, so I did that as well. This was within 15 minutes of them leaving. I explained what happened and sent photographs - no response - and now they are closed until Monday. I have to spend part of my weekend trying to repair the house skirting before it rains, otherwise I need to hire a handyman to fix it. I'm definitely not a happy customer right now.

I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming.
