A word of advice: Don't offer the finger printing service! The employees you have are obviously unhappy and incompetent to provide this service and don't care if the finger prints get rejected. After 2 minutes the girl was going to override the finger prints that did not capture and move on with her day. I had to come in today for fingerprinting for my new employer. I wasn't even aware that they did background checks but they do right in the back of the store. They took me at my appointed time and I was out quickly which I appreciated. I have been here many times previously to mail packages. As soon as you walk in the store it always smells nice. I have always found the employees to be pleasant and efficient. They have even taken packages close to the cut off time and held the truck for me so my package could make it out that day. In addition to handling all of your shipping needs they also offer mailboxes and sell all sorts of packing supplies. I find going to UPS to be a pleasant experience unlike the hassle I usually experience at my local post office. If I have a shipping need this is my first choice to service it. read more

Was arguing with me on an Amazon return and their differing policy as a UPS franchise (okay, so?) instead of trying to be helpful with solutions. This place is local and convenient to me. I was sending an early Xmas package to the nieces and debated whether to come here or go to the regular Post Office up the street. But since it was a heavy package and too big for express mail, I decided to come here. Years ago I used to have a business P.O. box here. All the staff has changed, but the gal who waited on me was friendly and efficient. There was a short line of a couple people ahead of me. They processed my package fairly fast, though. They took my drivers license as ID and copied all the info off of it for the return address. It was nice to to pay with a credit card and get your receipt and tracking number all within less than ten minutes -- including the wait. There were two other people working there -- one sorting and stacking and two operating the computers, measuring your package and taking all your info. Now I just have to wait for it to be delivered ( I'll go online and follow its progress via the tracking numbers) and hope everyone likes what I bought them this year. read more

Very sad what happened today inside the UPS that I always go to and never had any problems. I have always been treated with courtesy and friendliness by the staff. But today I met a guy who needs to do some training with his colleagues on how to treat a costumer. He complained the way I said the zip code. I wanted to show the cell phone with the address and he said he couldn't look at the cell phone because he was typing on the computer. He decided to teach me how to spell the zip code. I said that's why I wanted to show the cell phone where I already had all the information. And he kept "teaching" me. So I decided to leave, that's when he told me that I had problems with temperament, attitude and on top of that he called me a racist. He asked if I spoke English. I told him yes and I spoke Portuguese too and he very "gentlemanly" said he spoke 7 languages ​​including Portuguese. I said so let's speak in Portuguese and he said he didn't feel like it. I said I'm not racist even more because I came from a family with multiple races. I said he was being racist towards me. Unfortunate. 5 stars because I expected an experience similar to the post office, and was very pleasantly surprised. I had sold some tickets on StubHub which needed to be mailed via UPS in a timely fashion. Though UPS drop boxes are relatively common I also needed a UPS envelop, so I set off in search of a full UPS store. This store in located in the plaza, more on the northern end, behind McDonald's and the bank. I walked in a little after 4pm and was pleased to find a woman there waiting to help me. I informed her that I needed a UPS envelop and that I had already printed out the shipping label (ps there is a lot you can do for shipping prep on their website). She placed my tickets in an envelope and even had a special waterproof sticker to affix the label to the envelop. Honestly I had taken tape in my purse because I envisioned this being like the post office with a long line and them being unwilling to help me with supplies, but my experience was quite the opposite, and quite frankly, I don't feel bad that the post office is having financial trouble, because they just don't provide the service needed for people to justify waiting in line for 20 minutes to be treated rudely. UPS has no wait, friendly customer service, and packing help. As I finished my transaction I was provided with a receipt with my tracking number and was pleased to find this morning that my package is already halfway to it's destination. I like that the tracking number was accessible quickly. I honestly hadn't considered the UPS store when shipping things out in the past and always waited in line at the post office, but after my experience here yesterday, that will certainly change. read more

I have been visiting this UPS store Very frequently recently for very different reasons. One I had to ship a package and that went great. Two I had to get fingerprinted for a multi state nursing license and it literally took two minutes after I had registered for the appointment online. Three I had a package shipped that I could not sign for and I was able to have it shipped to the store. Every time I have had great service and have been in and out really quick and I definitely cannot say that about some of the other UPS stores I have been to. They also offer a service where you can have your package is shipped there so you do not have to worry about porch Pirates stealing the stuff off of your doorstep. So whether you are shipping or receiving or getting finger printed I suggest you stop on in. read more

This bald employee with black rimmed glasses-I ask if I have to stand in line because I have a prepaid label he asked me if it's AT&T I said no Comcast he said yes you have to stand in line, put your package on the scale, then he makes me take the package and put it on another scale, then he tells me after I wait in line he says oh but you need your account number then I get aggravated and he makes a snippy comment to me at which point I told him to suck it and walked out the door. I brought two bicycles in to be packed and shipped. They packed one bike very well and it received with no damage. The second bike was not packed well, and was damaged in shipping. I contacted UPS because I had purchased insurance and they sent someone out to inspect the damage and denied the claim because it was not packaged to meet UPS requirements. So I contacted the owner of the UPS store and at first he seemed like he wanted to help but after a few weeks he would dodge my calls and when I did reach him he would angrily tell me that he was busy and would have to call me back, and never did. I contacted the UPS Store corporate office, UPS store is not part of UPS Shipping it is a separate company and UPS Stores are franchised, and they told me that I should work it out with the owner of the store but they would be happy to note any complaint I had about the owner of the store. Bottom line, I DO NOT recommend anyone ship anything of value through this store, DO NOT trust it to be packed safely at this store and DO NOT trust that you will be taken care of if something should happen to your item even if you have purchased their insurance. read more

RUDE to customers!!!! Had my fingerprint livescan here feb 29 and the agency that was suppose to receive it didn't receive at all. I was asking them to help me and they refuse to help me. The lady said they don't do livescan anymore, however I have all my papers (receipt, date, time). She denies they did the livescan. I called a lot of times and was asked to call fire department and Daon a lot of times. Then I found out that it was them who didn't do there part. I xalled them again to have it fixed the next day, she said that they can't help me and THEY ARE NOT PAID FOR THAT. She was sooooo rude! I didn't know who was responsible since I went to there store and I paid $81. I didn't get No help from them. We fought because I told them I wasted my money for a service I didn't get and them talking to me like I was lying I had the livescan there and according to them they are not paid for it. Oh well...
