They are the go-to resource for sizing up a business's performance and trustworthiness. They maintain records on a dozen factors, including the company's history of handling consumer complaints. During my interactions with the BBB and the owner my takeaway was that even through the owner likes to use the policies in defending himself and his business...........the flaw in doing so lies in the fact that not all his staff were consistently following them. The year 2021 was difficult for many employers being able to find employees willing to work and often were not properly trained as a result.

Charles has made our transitioning a breeze from an out of state mailbox to a temporary personal mailbox here at Panama City Beach. We are snowbirds and need our mail transferred for several months. Speedy Pack and Ship was the only business that would help me over the phone, the same day I wanted to do business. I called two other personal mailbox service companies (UPS Store locations) in the Panama City Beach area and neither of those franchises locations were willing to help me when I called. Charles treated me like a priority and we had our mailbox services up and rolling with all paperwork done over the phone and by email within one week. Easy and a breeze. Plus there is a kitty cat and small doggie to greet customers too!

The store was cluttered, had a noticeable odor, and there were dog and cat beds and pet items scattered throughout the space, making it feel unclean and disorganized. From the moment I walked in, there was no friendly greeting or welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, I paid $12 for a service that was not completed correctly and was left feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
