I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. I feel as if I have made our community stronger by going with a local business rather than shopping online. See the pictures for the cut out. I will only use Unique Impressions for my future t-shirts, signs, life-like cut outs, posters, graphics, etc....... I am a BIG fan.

They do embroidery (any article of clothing they can do! and in bulk too!) or screen printing of clothing or heat press. I recently had a baby and designed some cute onesies for my baby. The embroidery that they can do is also awesome! Any color, design, font etc (great for family reunions too or just cause!) They also do lots of paper printing- whether it is business cards, fliers, brochures, banners for advertising your business, window decals for anything, advertising on vehicles, making removable decals for a bedroom, stickers for anything, photo printing... it's amazing. Whatever you need- they are always work with me on my budget. Production is in-house, so they are accountable, and timely. On a filing/organizing mission I came for trays, files & portable file boxes. The file boxes I wanted were on the top shelf, I went to the back to front of the store, spoke to the Cashier & by time I turned around, Hannah was present to assist me. After up & down on the ladder, Hannah grabbed a hanging folder to ensure it would fit...it did. She carried the file boxes to the front for me & actually rang me up. The store was somewhat a ghost town (Online Shopping & C-19) with a fellow customer at the Printing Center. Nonetheless, a clean store with friendly redshirted employees.

I will not be dealing with this Pak Mail store again. I got a miniature portrait for Auction house…read morein Georgia. I received what I considered very expensive quotes. The auction house reached out to this Pak Mail store and they said that they would ship for 25.00. I received the miniature portrait and months later the owner called me saying that I had not paid for shipping??? He said he had tried to contact me numerous times by phone and email (I saw no messages, no emails. He called Christmas Eve and said it was just 25.00 and wanted my credit card information. to go ahead and take care of. I said I would mail him a check., I thought all seemed fishy --Usually nothing is shipped before it is paid for and I thought that I had paid for shipping. I called the store and said I wanted to pay my balance. They said that they did not show that I owed anything. Told owner this and he said he took care of all the billing that I owed him the 25.00. So I told him I will mail a check. Had check ready to mail but called my bank before I mailed and I had paid the 25.00 months before about one week after auction. This was a scam on the part of owner. I emailed him that I checked with my bank and told him date paid and I would not be sending a check. Never heard another word from the guy. I would definitely avoid this Pak Mail,
