I will always think of this when I look at tractors…read more This is NOT about the tractor seat (because I have not seen it yet) but is about how miserable getting the seat delivered by USPS is. One alleged delivery attempt was made by USPS and they refused to deliver the package because they said dogs were out (on our farm). They are not our Black lab puppies - someone dumped them at our farm. I don't know if this is true - based on another review I read, no delivery attempt was even made in their case. We and our dogs were in the kitchen about 60 feet from the driveway when the alleged delivery attempt was made at just after 6:00 in the evening. Since when does USPS deliver at that hour? Not one of our dogs barked, which always happens when someone shows up. The Marshfield, MO USPS postmaster refused to re-deliver the package. I received two re-delivery USPS confirmations and the Marshfield, MO postmaster refused them both. USPS customer service says that the problem is that the 35 pound (or so) tractor seat is too heavy to re-deliver. I have a confirmation stating that the USPS was going to re-deliver today - but when I called the Marshfield, MO USPS office that told me that they would NOT re-deliver as required by USPS rules. Our USPS corporation is in shambles. Buying a tractor seat from Amazon is one thing, getting it delivered is something else. I have decided to avoid USPS when ever possible. Amazon should do the same thing. And if you have a choice of shippers, I suggest that you select something besides USPS - if you actually want to receive your package. Postage stamps were 3 cents in the 1950's and now they are 78 cents - and the mails is almost always delayed. FedEx and UPS are way better. One post here suggests firing the Marshfield, MO USPS postmaster - Can you imagine that? Anthony

Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs!…read more I have never had such a frustrating, infuriating, and outright disappointing experience with a company in my life! If you're considering hiring this excavating company, RUN the other way. I don't even know where to begin, but I'll try to break it down: 1. Unprofessionalism at Its Finest: From the very first phone call, I should've known this was going to be a nightmare. The office staff was completely rude, unhelpful, and disorganized. Every time I called to get an update or to ask a simple question, I was either put on hold for an eternity or outright ignored. I had to leave multiple voicemails, only to get no response. It took weeks to even schedule an initial consultation. 2. Terrible Communication: You would think that a company offering excavation services would be good at, I don't know... communicating? Nope! The project timeline was a joke. I was given an estimated start date, and then the crew showed up late -- not just once, but every single day. They would randomly stop working and disappear for hours with no explanation. I felt like I was dealing with amateurs, not professionals. 3. Shoddy Workmanship: The quality of the actual excavation work was abysmal. Not only did they not stick to the agreed-upon plan, but they left a complete mess. Piles of dirt and debris were scattered all over my property, and some of the digging was done in the wrong location, requiring more time and additional costs to correct. I had to bring in a different company to finish what they had supposedly completed. 4. Hidden Fees and Overcharging: They provided an initial estimate, but guess what? That was just the beginning of the charges. By the time the project was "finished" (I use that term loosely), I was slapped with hidden fees that weren't disclosed upfront. It was like they pulled extra charges out of thin air. I was overcharged for equipment rentals, labor, and even "disposal fees" that they didn't bother to explain. I ended up paying WAY more than I was quoted for subpar work. 5. Terrible Customer Service: When I finally reached out to complain about the mess they left and the errors in their work, I was met with dismissive responses. The owner couldn't be bothered to address my concerns, and the "manager" was nowhere to be found. It was clear they had no interest in resolving issues or maintaining a professional reputation. 6. Delays and Wasted Time: This project that should have taken only a few days ended up dragging on for weeks. Every time I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with excuses and promises that were never kept. I had to repeatedly follow up, only to be ignored or lied to. Bottom Line: This company is a complete disaster. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away as possible. You'll get better results from a group of untrained amateurs. I'm not sure how they're still in business, but I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them. Save yourself the headache -- go with someone else!

Called them to drop off gravel for me and hour after we spoke on the phone and they didn't show up…read moreuntil 4 hours later and left the gravel in my drive way after pre disclosing where I wanted the gravel to be. I was not home at the time and I couldn't get in my driveway, They then refused to move it. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
