The employee was the one that brought the incorrect email to my attention. I refused to pay additional for something that was incorrect both times that I went to pick up stationary that should have been ready over 10 days ago. After talking to the manager he stood by his guns. No refund offered no offer to fix the problem. We are talking about 100 pcs of stationary. Mentioned about label in a pouch (also not true). Then the parting remark from the elderly owner "I can't force you to accept help". That's just it, I didn't need his help, I needed the service that is advert on his door, on the website and DHL website. Get it together !! This resulted in my packages being delayed at least another day. Owner operated stores are hot and miss, but this one is a miss. Best to avoid it.

She then returned to the Amazon register, still not speaking and accepted my returns. Giving her credit she did say Thank you, however she didn't inform me that they no longer give receipts for returns and that I would receive an email within 24 hours from Amazon.
