A package from Nordstrom was delivered by this post office at my door upon retrieving the package I notice the box was delivered empty. So far I have had 3 package that were never delivered. And the postal staff had no answers. It's clear that someone is stealing packages. And they need to start investigating. I'm afraid to order items that would be delivered by USPS because of their lack of support. Please do better!

Also, used the shipping bag that was sent to me, but it needed a piece of tape. Again, the poor person at the counter had an empty tape dispenser. I ended up paying for what should have been free shipping, and another $2 for a piece of tape. So sad that the USPS is done from a logistics perspective to the likes of UPS and FedEx. My wife told me my expectations are too high. Combined with the fact I only get mail "most days" (not counting Sunday) and most of it junk mail, it's time for this ancient "business" to go away. It's ok folks to move on from the USPS, there are other more convenient, and more friendly services to send physical items.

She had enough time but was lazy to do it. Yes she was the only employee there but it's the way she communicated that was disgusting. Would never return to that office. If you go to their reviews and you can see this has been an issue for years.
