This is my local UPS Store. I have been using it for years. I'm finally so frustrated with the way that it is managed that I'm done. I would rather drive miles out of my way than deal with this place. Today, their internet was down. Understandable. Except this was the second time this month this has happened. I just had the little girl casey help me out. It was probably the worst experience I've had. She was literally the rudest person I've ever met. I asked her how her day was going, and she legit ignored me. Then she handed me my receipt and said "here." rude. She won't go far in life. This isn't the first time she's helped me and then I rude. I can't say enough about the two gentlemen that helped me on 4-24-23. I got married on Friday and needed to overnight my flowers to be preserved. So obviously a very sensitive thing for a new bride :) I went to the UPS on Claiborne just to be told "wouldn't do it. No way it'll make it. It's just going to get destroyed" I'm sooooo glad I tried this store. I feel terrible I didn't ask for my main guy's name, but above and beyond. Honestly I will never forget his kindness and help. The stores website advertise that it has notary services. So, I came in the store, I waited in line, and then found out that the store owner doesn't have a notary on site anymore. Needless to say I saw that my time was extremely wasted by this company is an accurate description of services offered. My go-to spot to have things shipped off. Staff are always nice, fast and professional. This location offers all the things you need to ship any item off from envelopes to boxes. They also provide assistance with packaging various items and providing labels if needed. The store is located in the middle of a shopping center, so the parking can be a little tight at times, but it is usually easy to find a spot if you are willing to make a little walk. Definitely a great place to have your items shipped if you are looking to send something off! read more

Would give this LESS THAN A ONE if I could!!! I rented a box from them for several years. After putting up with my mail being jammed into my box and it being crunched up together instead of flat, putting slips saying I had a package and then unable to find said package, and many other issues, I left. They then sent all my mail that came in back to sender!!! I haven't received mail in over 2 months and have contacted the postal service to finally intervene. I had another box before this and they held the mail for me in the interim of the switch as a courtesy. Even the post office states they should just give them mail back to the postman and NOT put on RETURN TO SENDER!!!!! The postman will get it forwarded. DON"T RENT A BOX FROM THEM!!!! My biggest make or break for postal services is the time it takes... If you know me well, you know that I make references to holding my breath, like, "I could've held me breath it was so close or so fast." I used to think I could hold my breath to my friend's house on Dumaine from mi casa on St. Ann, not likely... In this case, I TOTALLY could've held me breath it was so fast! I was shamefully returning a selfie pole 'cause it didn't have a remote (don't judge me) to Amazon, and you must go through UPS to do so. I had printed the shipping label obnoxiously big on an 8.5 x 11, and the scanner code to go in the box. With the selfie pole, scanner code, and shipping label, I walked in and just kinda looked at the guy like, "what next?" He must've seen this look of utter cluelessness in regards to Amazon returns before because he looked back at me with a surety, and told me I could just leave my stuff on the table. He charged me a measly $3ish to package, and said I was good to go. This seemed terrifyingly quick in terms of shipment, just like when you bring your bags to the airport and the guy at the curbside counter is like, "I got you, babe!" and flips some labels on your bags and whisks them away without a word and a $5er in his pocket...and then you don't have any clothes when you get to Miami... But enough about baggage. Mere days later, Amazon reassures me that they got my package and processed my refund. I don't advise holding your breath for this process, but it was incredibly painless in terms of time spent. I will definitely use this store for any future returns of other shameful purchases...Now to find a selfie pole with a remote... read more

The couple of times I've come here (with my Amazon pre-paid for shipping boxes and labels) the staff has been very nice. I never have tape for my boxes and they tape up my boxes and throw my label in a waterproof envelope with no trouble! The parking lot is a big congested in this area. read more

The employee was very accommodating and helped me ship all of my Christmas packages (even when I had the wrong zip code for one of them). I was also pleased to see that they were following covid guidelines and were only letting a limited number of people in the store at a time. I would recommend this location. read more

This UPS shop is small but the owner was friendly and helpful. I think this is a franchise-type location because the packages for pick up are arranged very casually. While the shop is small, it's very well stocked in terms of packaging supplies. They're a much more peasant experience than the South Claiborne location. read more

They lost a valuable package I shipped from this center. Over the next year I called and visited the store hoping to get an answer, which never came. All I ever got was a 'the manager will call tomorrow, we promise.' As for the insurance they assured me I needed, UPS blamed the store for not doing the paperwork, but who knows, I'm sure this store would blame UPS corporate, if they ever gave an excuse. Was really disappointed when they increased the dimensions of my shipping box, so that they could charge me over $40 more for shipping. Then had the audacity to disrespect me by trying to deny what they had done.
