The person who helped me at this store was a trainee and was taking so long to process my pack and ship order that I complained, and the manager Raoul had to take over. He packed the box. When the package arrived there were 3 shirts missing, with a total value of over $950. I called UPS and filed a stolen items claim; I had not bought insurance from UPS. The most I can be reimbursed is $100. There's no other explanation for the missing shirts other than someone at this store opened the box later and took the shirts. Beware of this UPS store because the employees, including Raoul the manager are surly, get very upset if you complain at all, and in my case, retaliated by taking my shirts. read more

This is THE BEST pack and ship in the world. They move fast and if you are a regular customer they can look you up and addresses that you frequently ship to and just print out the label. You don't have to wait forever and fill out stupid forms. Plus the people don't make you wait like Fedex on Alton road does!!! read more

Great service here. They get your package shipped and will even print your labels for you after you email them to their store address. Plenty of shipping materials on hand in the store to fit whatever you have. read more

Moving to Miami you may face many obstacles. What I needed here was a mailbox to forward my mail and a place to return AT&T equipment that I no longer needed. I first thought that this place was professional since its a UPS store but I was wrong. First of all, I have called about 9 times and only once did they speak to me without putting me on hold for 15 minutes. All other 8 times, I waited patiently for 15 minutes until I hung up and called back. Even then, they put me on hold and never picked the phone back up. I had to drive there to speak to someone. Then, my accountant sent me some mail and it never showed up. Ok... I figured these things happen occasionally. Then one of my customers sent me a $1500+ check and nope - that didn't arrive either. Finally someone sent a $3500 check (this is all within a 30 day period) and nope - that never showed up either. We double and triple checked the address and it was perfect. When I first asked them where the $1500 check was, they said that they returned it to the sender without any explanation as to why since my business name and full name is registered with the store. They also have no proof or tracking #'s for sending it back. I just signed up for another 3 months and I regret it. I'm shutting down my account ASAP. Not to mention, these guys look like they don't care about customers and they hate being at work. Same dull faces all the time. read more

I've used their mailbox receiving service for several years, and the staff has always been really helpful around assisting with package pickups; if something is large or awkward-sized they will help you take it to your car - or out of your car if you're dropping off. Thieves! Scoundrels! Opportunist! If I could give this store a zero , I would. Mother in law and I went to have a family portrait delivered to her house because it was to heavy for her to carry on a plane. I was expecting to pay approximately $20.00 as per the rate given to me on the phone and website. They tried to force me to buy a box because they said they didn't accept it the way it was prepackaged and that would cost $13. I expected it to be around $30-40. They wanted to charge my mother in law $83!! I reiterate that we wanted it to be shipped the most basic and cheapest way. Their reply was this is what they offered. We left shocked. I called UPS customer service and corporate and they said it was unacceptable, they were going to investigate ,and to go to another location. I went to the UPS located on 1771 West Ave. and I told them I wanted it to be shipped the most basic and cheapest way and I paid under $20. Beware!! Don't go to that location!! read more

Scam and Rip Off Artists My sister shipped three large boxes to me over the holidays for delivery at this location for a 10.00 "service fee" to hold each package. They assured her they would call me when the package arrived. After not hearing from the store, I went to the location and asked if my packages had arrived. They could not find them in system and I was about to leave, when one of the clerks said they had the packages. I asked why they had not called me, and was rudely told that was not there problem. They then charged me 20.00 per package for their trouble "storing" the packages. When I protested, they rudely blamed me for the fee since I had not picked them up. I have lived on the beach for years and have been use to bad customer service, but this place hit an all time low. I warn everyone in town to avoid this location like the plague. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate offices about this location, and the bad service. read more

I love this location! It is walking distance from my apartment on Alton Road and very convenient. Benjamin is very helpful and is always willing to help out and takes his time to make sure that our needs are being met!
