I have been to this UPS Store many times over the past few years whenever I am in the business district of Miami Beach. It is conveniently located in the heart of MB. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff here have always been welcoming and helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The store is kept clean and nicely organized. They are up to date with mailing supplies for their customers. They have mailboxes for customers to rent. There is street parking and a small parking area by the side of the building. Parking in Miami Beach is always a challenge. This time there was a huge sign out front that they are moving around the corner onto busy 41st Street. I didnt see a date when this is happening and forgot to ask them. Absolutely terrible service. This location failed to provide the basic services they advertise, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and I was charged for unnecessary packaging just to ship my item. It felt like a money grab in the name of "shipping requirement" instead of a customer service. This wasn't my first time using this location. I've tried using them multiple occasions and every transaction is the same. Unfortunately, this is the only UPS location on MB, but I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this place in the future. BEWARE: ATTENTION: STOLEN MAIL, STOLEN CREDIT CARD, IDENTITY THEFT, SOMEONE "STAFF MEMBER(S)" at this location stole my first class mail, stole the Amex credit card inside, stole my business Identity(EIN & business address (Which ONLY the Staff here have access to), ACTIVATED the credit card and attempted to purchase Dominos Pizza & Go Puff which are both located across the street from this location. They also attempted to fraudulently purchase from Door Dash using a device that has been tracked to this exact location as well. We have notified the Postal Police, FBI, Florida Attorney General and UPS Corporate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also went into this location on the day in question and ALL of the Staff (except Aldo who is always professional) looked SPOOKED beyond belief.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to take a photo of me being inside this location to prove to Amex, the Postal Police and the FBI that I did not receive the First Class mail item and I was there to address the mail theft of my Amex business card sent first class to this location. This is the ONLY time I have not received a mail item. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked to speak to Raul the Manager and the employee who once had a black eye went to get Raul. Raul came out and I asked him if we could talk outside. Upon talking to Raul and letting him know that my first class mail was stolen, he could not maintain eye contact and immediately aske if it had a tracking number. First class mail does not have tracking numbers and he knew this[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He also asked "How did they activate the card?" which is odd.( He apparently knows how it gets activated) I explained that It is was a business credit card and YOU (Raul) and this UPS store has ALL of my business information including my EIN. He looked up to the left, most body language experts like myself know what that means. I explained that Amex canceled that card and will be sending a new card overnight via UPS with tracking and I will be here to retrieve it tomorrow. I also explained that I will be taking criminal and civil legal action against ALL involved for theft of Mail, tampering with the Mail, Mail Fraud, Conspiracy, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, Wire Fraud, Aggravated Identity Theft and other Federal Offenses including RICO. There is Motive here because i previously left a review expressing dissatisfaction with the customer service at this location and I believe I have been retaliated against for doing so. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After all of this nonsense On Friday May 27, 2024 at approx 4:55pm I went to this location to pick up 2 packages and drop off one. I was assisted by Gabriella who is always so polite and professional and should be the manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After she gave me my packages an OBESE employee with poor hygiene stated to me: "Don't take any pictures of me" I was shocked and offended as I said nothing to this employee. This was a veiled threat which was reported to Miami Beach Police, the FBI and Postal Police, We will file a restraining order if necessary.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was a violation of RICO and USC 18 241 Conspiracy Against Rights which carries life or the D-penalty. Anytime I take pictures is to prove and geotag that I was in a particular location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This SLOW employee was feeling guilty so he tried to BULLY me a customer who is bringing the company revenue while he is costing the company money in payroll, poor customer service and now a Federal Lawsuit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This low IQ BULLY thought he could intimidate and antagonize me or even provoke me to anger so he can try and find fault with me and even try to call the police on me ALL to HIDE the CRIMES being committed by him and whoever stole my mail, credit card and business identity to commit FEDERAL crimes. This weak minded individual is now a suspect along with other employees here. The inept and incompetent employees who will steal your mail, identity and commit FEDERAL crimes and will even try to frame someone to hide there crimes. I get that working with people is challenging at times, but if you get to the point where you cannot perform your duties without being rude it's time to find another job. I always receive great service but today was exceptional. I had to return a $55 carpet back to Amazon which is free but had to pay UPS $30 to pack it in a box because it was impossible to pack it in the plastic wrap it came in. Meaning i would only be receiving $25 back from this return. Instead of just accepting my money, Vanessa (employee at the UPS store) advised me to call Amazon and tell them what was going on and that they would most likely credit me what it would cost to package my return - and that's exactly what happened! :) Vanessa was not only helpful but extremely pleasant! Hate to say it but you always go off your last experience. I have been there a couple times before and it was fine. But today.... Not good at all. They say they open at 8:30 AM so I showed up at 8:25. And just to add, it was pouring raining. 830 nothing, 835, nothing, 840, nothing, finally at about 842 the guy strolls in. So I tried to put myself in his shoes. Traffic, got pulled over, got a flat... But also out myself in his shoes and said hmmm, maybe, just maybe the 3 people have been standing out there for a while so instead of me setting up the store, maybe I should let these customers inside and set up after. But no!!!! Just walked around setting the store up as 850 is approaching and we are looking inside like wet dogs or helpless folks on a friday night hoping we can get picked to get in the club. So needless to to say, I was pretty upset at this point. As the door opens, he has this dumb look attitude on his face like we are the ones that have the issue. No guy, you were late. We are the customers!!!!! How about a good morning greet or sorry for the delay!!!! Non of that. So finally he gets to me after waiting on the girl who came after me. All I had to do was drop off and get a receipt because I already had my labels printed out since I have a corporate account t through my company. Which I will be calling the 800 number on this experience... So needless to say, I was late for work but apologize to my boss with a smile on my face because it wasn't her fault I was late just like it wasn't mine this guy was!!!!! So hope this review helps out some people. Just don't show up at 830 because chances are it was his shift... I don't have his name Nd the receipt doesn't show it either. If you need to ship a package or get a document notarized ($10.00 per page), I think this is the best place on South Beach. The staff is friendly and helpful and I don't feel like I overpaid after dropping off my packages. On the day I needed a document notarized, their notary was there until 6 p.m. which was much better than any other Shipping Centers. Many of the competitive shipping services didn't even have a notary on staff. read more

What makes this a great haven for locals is that the staff here is super friendly and always helpful, even when they are really crushed under a ton of packages during the holidays or intense shipping., They always find a time for a spile and personal service. My mom left her Kindle in my apartment so I had to ship it to her. I chose this UPS store. I was expecting long lines and rude, frazzled employees, but it was quite the contrary! I walked in and within a couple of minutes I was helped. After filling out one page of paperwork, the man who was assisting me wrapped my mother's Kindle in bubble wrap, stuck it in an envelope, and answered any questions I had about the shipping process. It occurred to me last week that its high time I threw some Yelp love to the crew at this store. I love these guys. I've been in the store...I'd say close to a dozen times since I've lived on the Beach. I'm helped immediately, and at this point I'm usually helped by the same cat. Love him. It takes no time for him to help me with my 50 million boxes (I'm always returning SOMETHIN'), all the while he's smiling and just cool overall. Couldn't find my package. Note on my door and online tracker said it was at this location. They spent 2 seconds with me and told me it was in Hialeah. And told me to call the 800 number when I said it should be there. Drove all the way to Hialeah for them to search trucks for an hour. Too bad UPS can't afford employees who are friendly, efficient, or treat customers as such. These guys literally saved the day! I accidentally left a bag at an Airbnb when I was visiting MIA and needed it shipped back ASAP. Ben worked diligently with me to arrange pickup, packing and shipping of my bag. He event went to the Airbnb to grab attempt pickup the first day I reach out to him, and when the bag wasn't there he translated to the clerk while I was on the phone. SO HELPFUL! Once I was able to locate the bag (Airbnb manager took to her office) Ben got it picked up and shipped out. He called me to check-in every step of the way.
