He just had to scan the label and put it on the truck. I don't know why he opened the customs invoice and removed it. It was clearly labeled. Now we have to contact the company and ask for another customs invoice and shipping label. More work for us when it wasn't necessary. I will never visit here again for anything.

I had a question about how he had verified the items, because he didn't follow the usual steps. The staffer first blatantly lied to me, saying he'd looked at the items; then he refused to scan barcodes (a routine part of the process); and then he insulted me. Lastly, when I asked for my items back so I could go somewhere else to make the return, he assured me he'd given me everything, but he hadn't. (Another staffer finally stepped in to help find the missing item.) I have worked retail and healthcare, and I treat workers with respect. This staffer should not be in a public-facing role.
