After some quick online searches, we found Beach Repro & Copy Center and making a quick phone call, discovered that they could meet our timetable and deliver them to the resort hotel in time for the conference. Avery is a rockstar. He got them printed and delivered when he said they would be. Even more so, when the hotel couldn't track them down when we went to pick them up, Avery got on a call with then hotel and worked it out. Flyers were found, my boss was happy, and Beach Repro & Copy Center saved the day!

I ship packages regularly and unfortunately I shipped a package from Ups store #2222 and they…read more'lost' the package. They state their video shows it got on the truck but I'm not allowed to view the video. I had shopped in Destin and have my receipts for what was shipped plus their $54 shipping fee for a total of $421 worth of Christmas goods. Couldn't fit the 20 lbs in my luggage. Would have been cheaper to buy another piece of luggage and check the bag!! I don't typically insure because never had any issues. Lesson learned. Customers be ware of this store! Packages disappear, you can't view video and they won't reimburse your total purchases. $100 and of course the shipping fee since package wasn't shipped! Just want other customers to be aware.

I created the shipment, paid for it (overnight), put the label on the package and left it at a business location that has regular FedEx pickup. OOOPS - FedEx driver won't take it since it is Express instead of ground. Now that I am 2 states away the automated service (since you can't talk to a human being), I discover Express pickup is not available in the area so the urgent package is now stranded. USPS - it has it's faults but miles better than FedEx !!!!!!!

Once you're ready to head back, send them a text 30 mins prior and will bring it back. They even helped set up and tear down all of our chairs and rinsed off some of our equipment. It prevented a lot of sore shoulders :). All of this at reasonable prices of a few dollars per piece of equipment. The gentlemen were also very flexible with rescheduling and cancellations.
