I called the business to have the mistake corrected, but instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was met with an unprofessional attitude and reluctance to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expected the error to be corrected courteously. The condition of the business also left a lot to be desired. The store was cluttered, had a noticeable odor, and there were dog and cat beds and pet items scattered throughout the space, making it feel unclean and disorganized. I created the shipment, paid for it (overnight), put the label on the package and left it at a business location that has regular FedEx pickup. OOOPS - FedEx driver won't take it since it is Express instead of ground. Now that I am 2 states away the automated service (since you can't talk to a human being), I discover Express pickup is not available in the area so the urgent package is now stranded. USPS - it has it's faults but miles better than FedEx !!!!!!!
