I called and spoke with Mike to get my original quote and it sounded reasonable. A couple of weeks before my move, I realized I hadn't gotten a time that the crew would show up on the day of the move so I called Mike to ask. Here came strike one, he couldn't find me on the calendar - even though I had a confirmation email. He'd called me back fairly quickly and said I was on another calendar or something to that effect. Day of the move comes and they start moving furniture, nothing gets wrapped in blankets even after asking. Expensive leather chairs are flipped on their side and have a metal hand truck shoved underneath them, and other pieces of furniture are just put into the truck with no padding at all. Granted, we were only moving 8 miles down the road but we were told everything would be wrapped in blankets. Strike two. When they got to the house, we saw the final packing job, things literally just thrown on top of other things and obviously shifted during the short ride over. The last and final strike, there were a few things that got damaged during the move, we were told by the lead mover that he had taken pictures and we'd hear from someone the following Monday, never heard from anyone. I finally called Mike to find out what they planned on doing about the broken items, he told me he was unaware there were any. He finally sent another guy, Ethan, out to asses and fix what he could. We have an 8 foot mirror that was not fixable. Ethan said he'd work with "Mike and Fred " and one of them would get back with me. I finally just gave up and told them we'd just scrap the mirror, I just didn't feel like getting the run around any more. Strike three. Save yourself a headache and just use someone else. One last thing, I do see where they respond to some reviews- regardless of what they say, everything is accurate in my review, they have zero credibility to refute anything here.

They offered no explanation as to why these high value packages were left lying around there store when they should have been shipped. The GM of the store, who may also be the owner, actually had the nerve to tell me that I must have dropped the package off too late. When, in fact, I personally dropped off the package TWO HOURS BEFORE the Fedex driver arrived for pick up. A+ Pack-N-Ship cost me a valuable sale. I will never use them again. I am kicking myself for using them after they did this to me the first time, with UPS. Maybe the woman working there should spend more time paying attention to their freight instead of constantly playing games on her computer. I had shopped in Destin and have my receipts for what was shipped plus their $54 shipping fee for a total of $421 worth of Christmas goods. Couldn't fit the 20 lbs in my luggage. Would have been cheaper to buy another piece of luggage and check the bag!! I don't typically insure because never had any issues. Lesson learned. Customers be ware of this store! Packages disappear, you can't view video and they won't reimburse your total purchases. $100 and of course the shipping fee since package wasn't shipped! Just want other customers to be aware.
