I stopped at the UPS Store to return an Amazon purchase. I took my dog in with me. Toby is my service dog and has been for 10 years. I didn't have his vest on him because we were on our way to the vet's (he is sick) and the trip to UPS was a spur of the moment decision. I was asked if Toby was a service dog and I immediately said yes. I was then told I would have to buy a mailing package to return an Amazon purchase. While I was getting package the lady behind me ask to go ahead, I had no issue with that as I returned to the line, they were discussing the fact Toby was with me and the lady behind the counter said, "there is nothing I can do about it". I ask if they were talking about my dog. She rudely told me I was not talking to you. When it was my turn, I had dropped the mailing package on the floor and bent over to pick it and tossed it on the weight machine. She then informed me I could go to another place to mail my package (she indicated I was being rude). I told her I wanted to just return the package. I have been using this UPS store for years. I was stunned at the rudeness. Yes, I was at fault for not having Toby's service vest on (I was distraught by the fact Toby was sick). I am writing this review in the hope that she will re-evaluate her attention toward her customers. Not all handicap people have visual issues, and you have no idea what people are experiencing on any day. Senior citizens, handicap persons, all people should be treated with respect. read more

I have never had such a time consuming and bad service. took over an hour to send 3 packages and they sent the 3rd one to the wrong place. when I saw that on the tracking app they tried to charge me again to reroute it. Blamed it on me for not noticing that they were sending the 2nd and 3rd package to the same address. I said never mind bring it back & I'll send it thru the post office. Nope, couldn't even do that. instead of taking it back in the store and calling me like they said they would, they refused the package & sent it to my old address. I don't even know how they got that address. it wasn't anywhere in our transaction! so now I have to drive to my old house tomorrow to get it. I will NOT be using UPS again read more

Miss Williams is exceptionally helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us on several occasions and helped make right a very complicated situation not caused by this location at all. Would highly recommend for any UPS services you would need. read more

I bought a beautiful antique/vintage 36 inch floor vase. I hired this UPS location to pack and ship the vase to me. They did the worst packing job you would ever see. The vase was delivered to me in pieces. When I opened the box, there was no packing inside it. They used a box that was way way too big and they didn't use any packing materials. What in Gods name where they thinking? It was like a teenager packed it. Being that I didn't have it appraised yet I couldn't sue them for the thousands of dollars that it was worth. read more

Right before Christmas and the crazy holiday rush of course to ship our last minute packages and we had the amazing experience with Peggy who had a line out the door the only person working yet she was still wearing her smile and an amazingly helpful personality! Although the store could clearly stand to use at least one or two more workers Peggy was going the work of 4 people!!!! Such a great experience and will always go back to UPS vice the post office!!! read more

They charge for computer use time that is unnecessary when I can just send the document from my phone. Kinko's does this free of charge. $2.50 for imaginary computer use, since the worker had me forward it to her and then printed it, seems wrong. read more

Great ups store, i have had 4 previous ups stores and two other pmb boxes in 5 citys and the service here is the best i have experienced. just remember it does get busy from 5-6 as everyone rushes there after let out of work. read more
