My mom's beautiful furniture was damaged and thrown into the garage in a hurry. Before they even started moving, they argued with my mom about paying $180 per hour upfront. My mother eventually called me crying. Two men arrived, apparently decided the job was going to take too long, and then began slinging and throwing her belongings right in front of her. What kind of treatment and customer service is that? When my mom asked about the damaged furniture, she was simply told to call the claims department. This is heartbreaking. My mom is now left with her beautiful, new furniture damaged inside her home, with additional belongings sitting damaged in her garage, and she is left not knowing what to do next. While I was getting package the lady behind me ask to go ahead, I had no issue with that as I returned to the line, they were discussing the fact Toby was with me and the lady behind the counter said, "there is nothing I can do about it". I ask if they were talking about my dog. She rudely told me I was not talking to you. When it was my turn, I had dropped the mailing package on the floor and bent over to pick it and tossed it on the weight machine. She then informed me I could go to another place to mail my package (she indicated I was being rude). I told her I wanted to just return the package. I have been using this UPS store for years. I was stunned at the rudeness. Yes, I was at fault for not having Toby's service vest on (I was distraught by the fact Toby was sick). I am writing this review in the hope that she will re-evaluate her attention toward her customers. Despite this, Neiman Marcus has refused to refund or replace my item and has questioned my integrity. I truly believe if I were a White customer, this would have been handled differently. Instead, as an African-American woman, I've been treated like a thief. This item was meant as an appreciation gift for someone who has stood by me during a very difficult time and he never received it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney based on principle and the emotional stress this has caused. Please protect yourselves: if you order high-end items, always require a signature.

You have to enter your code to get into the building, if you need a cart grab the car you go outside of the building load the card up then you have to enter the code again because the door is already shut. So now you have a cart full of stuff you have to enter the code again get back into the building and then enter the code to access the elevator you put your stuff in the elevator the elevator shuts within 15 seconds so you can only either take one cart up at a time or you have to go through all that stuff again just to get your second cart or Addalia or whatever else you're trying to load up you have to do that every single time you want to access the elevator.! and if you're loading your stuff up or unloading your stuff up and it's 9 o'clock you're trying to get out the door that door shuts at 9 o'clock whether you're your stuff is still in there in the elevator or not if that door shuts you won't be able to get to it until 6 AM the next morning
