Yes, it is a stressful time for everyone manager/owner. I gave two stars because I believe that people can change and improve. All I am asking is that this store respect it's customers and keep them in mind. Sure do miss the nice and sweet couple that used to own this location. The new owner always seems angry and stressed out. It does affect your business tremendously with this kind of attitude. Went in today and there was terrible customer service. Honestly, the employees need to be trained to be more efficient. I waited in line for about 25 minutes. There were only about five people ahead of me. Maybe when you see a long line, you can open more then one register? Not telling you how to run your business. Just warning, if you aren't better to the customers, we will just go elsewhere. Female owner is not the nicest person in the world. She loves to run around the place thinking that she knows everything about everything. She is very nosy when it comes to faxing documents as well. She needs to not only learn customer service, but she also needs to learn how to address her staff. I don't understand how that Bravo India Tango Charlie Hotel was ever able to get married, maybe her husband is scared of her like her staff is. She is also very rude when it comes to picking up or mailing packages. People only put up with her shenanigans due to how close to their homes this business is and most of the other places with mailbox services have shut down. Owner is Biased towards woman! This so called Manager says in his post that that he is being bullied and harass but, he simply enjoys picking and breaking down woman customers when they are asking for help. Obviously, if I were to go in there myself, I know for a fact he wouldn't pull this wanna be macho gimmick unless I was the opposite sex. First of all no one cares about your past and second, no one cares about how you say customers are abusing they system. Maybe, if you took the time to actually value the UPS motto and put the customers first and own up to your mistakes we wouldn't be having these low ratings for your business. I went on 5/13 at 11:37am to send a pkg overnight and I paid 20 bucks for this service. Well this people gave to the ups guy my pkg the NEXT day so instead of receiving the pkg on friday 5/14 (FOR WHAT I PAID) the company that I was submitting the documentation, received it on monday 5/17. Basically they ROBBED me, because if I wanted to send it with 2 or 3 day delivery that should it cost me less. SO THIS FREAKING PEOPLE ARE THIEF!!! dont go there, go fed-ex instead, they are cheaper and better. HELL even USPS have better service that these MOFOS. I have contacted the store in need to ship a winning lot from one of the local auction house. I received a quote and item was picked up and shipped by the store. They were also so nice to remove most of the damaged frame the artwork was in to safe me money for shipping. No other shipper was willing to do anything..... It came packaged so well that it took me 10 minutes to get to the item itself. We all know how delivery company handle shipment in these days...this could survive anything.. So...bottom line is that I was quite impressed and pleased that I came across company actually caring how they conduct the business and they take care of their customers needs. This is my 2nd time using Byron and the Montebello UPS Store #2778 to pick up an item from a local Los Angeles auction house and pack and ship it across country for me. Byron gave me options on the level of packing and he is honest upfront about the timeframe involved. I had no qualms about using his service after my first excellent experience with him. Once again, the item arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition. The packing included multiple layers: glassine paper, plastic sleeve, foam, cardboard sandwich for extra protection, shrink wrap, foam, bubble wrap and finally a custom styrofoam enclosure within the final outer box. They are the worst! The minute I walked into the store, the young lady behind the counter gave me an attitude and did not want to help me. I was asking her questions in a very nice way but she kept being rude. When I confronted her about it, she started to make fun of the way I was speaking. She needs to work on herself. Notary was so rude & unhelpful. I offended him by asking if he was going to help us because he is just ignoring us for 20 minutes . He was so annoying, cuz we are not letting him putting the inventory in the computer he is running late. Wow especially when I was trying to be as polite as possible.
