    I can only respond to Notary service at this location. I appreciate the service we received who notarized the document. Service was timely. He communicated well their role in Notary. He clearly clarified the documents and signed the necessary document for notary. Thank you.

    You can package your materials right at the back counter. Bring your own packing tape!

    This is my go-to place to drop off pre-paid UPS shipments (e.g, Amazon Prime returns). The service here is quick and if there is a long line it moves very quickly. Moreover, there are two computer terminals and printer for rent in case you need to print documents. The overall service is excellent. PROS: There is a very low flat fee for using the computer and an equally low per copy print charge. I frequently rent textbooks online from Amazon and sometimes have to print the packaging slip at the last minute. It's a great convenience to have the computer and printer on site for immediate use. Plus, you get a receipt (at your request) with a tracking number when you drop off a pre-paid package. Hours of operation include Saturdays and evenings. CONS: Limited parking since this location is in a strip mall. Often times you have to park by the 7-Eleven and walk over to the UPS Store. Overall, I would recommend this UPS Store for your shipping needs. I've never had a problem.

    This UPS workers is the rudest employee I ever had to deal with.

    Were not very helpful, run by a bunch of kids. said they couldn't put anything in the p.o boxes that they control.

    I had the worst experience at this location and I will never return…read more I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!

Well, I've been to several ups stores and before I found this little giant gem right next to East Los Angeles community college, dropping off packages just didn't feel the same anymore in the best way possible! But better yet I will simply say, what use to feel like an errand turned into a friendly business visit or should I say turned back on how it was suppose to be. And I'm talking about great customer service cause that will be the first thing you will notice right as you enter. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself! customer service is still alive! Even though my home is 3 ups stores away it's worth the trip and for such a small location they still manage they have 3 registers/computers/scanners with staffs ready to get you in and out without the rush like your personal time matters! They keep it very professional and most of all very helpful wether it's helping you unload or answering questions the staffs never seem to be bothered and that's a plus for me.
