Very shady people working this store. Two weeks ago I took my AT&T internet gateway to them to ship back to the company. Their "system was down" that day supposedly so they never printed me a receipt or gave me a tracking number but took my package anyway. Just got off the phone with AT&T and they do not show that it's been returned yet. Needless so say I'm beyond pissed. read more

Costs waaay too much and the service was poor. I'll just stick with the usps. UPS is nearly double if not triple on some things.

Needed to ship a small package to Dallas, TX. Went to this location and the clerk was rude and not friendly at all. She measured my package with her tape measure which measured 15x5x5. This was also printed on the box. When she typed it the computer she typed 17x7x7. Then told me the cheapest option was $49 and wouldn't get to Dallas until 1/2/26. I told her I would go elsewhere to which she replied, let me add my discount because we have been slow. Then told me $23 is the cheapest. I told her no and went across the street to FedEx. They charged $13 and will have it delivered by 12/31. I would never go to this place with dishonest people. Something shady is going on here with the pricing. Even ups online quotes roughly the same I paid at FedEx. read more

I want to give an excellent rating to the two young men who helped me out at the Norman UPS store yesterday. I was having a problem with a West Elm return. The guys were very helpful when it came to figuring out what to do to get the job done. Long story short, I left the store happy and relieved that my return was on it's way. read more

I went in on Monday to mail a package for Christmas or after Didn't have to be on time and I asked them to package for me! $259.00! I couldn't believe my ears.. I said what is the cheapest $40plus packing. No Guarantee for Christmas! I said ok. Left paying $60!! My package got there on Thursday. I will not do business there again read more

I sent a request for a print job a week ago and never heard from anyone. Tried to call the store several times and no one ever answered. Finally went to the store to see if the print job had been completed and had to wait for somebody to show up to do it because the gal that was there couldn't do it. Once the guy got here to complete the order, the first piece that he printed out looked like garbage. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't do the certificate with a picture it had to be a PDF. I literally just had the same certificate printed at FedEx with no problem, don't waste your time going here for any work orders. Then, when I questioned why he couldn't do it, he had walked away to the back. The gal called him to have him come back upfront, and he told her to tell me he had already left for the day. The store is always clean and I never have to wait too long to drop off a package or ship. I do wish UPS didn't have the stupid rule of charging $1 for them to put a few pieces of tape on your package. I've not had this store actually charge me yet and that's why I keep coming back. Parking is a bit of a mess. It's in an awkward shopping center that shares parking with a few other stores. I'm not positive but I swear people who work in the stores park up in front of all the stores and make the customers park far out. Just make sure in case you have a heavy item to take in. read more

As a family owned business, we are picky when it comes to our needs. We do a lot of business through them for Garden Ponds Unlimited and their printing prices are really reasonable and to make it better - they get the job done fast and efficient. I agree with Kimberly C.'s review. I was in the store and didn't have a box for my package so I was prepared to pay for the box which was $5.99 but when he was ringing me up, he said it was $9.98 I asked why, he said on top of paying for the box I had to pay for "packaging" which I'm assuming was for tape????!!! When I said I would just come back with my own box he said he wouldn't charge for "packaging" part. I was already purchasing the box and I had my label ready so all I was missing was some tape which the previous owner was more than willing to provide for me the other times I had been there. That same day, they attempted to charge me $2.58 to print my label for a different item. I left the store, went to the library and it cost me $0.15 So if you're expecting any sort of complementary supplies or assistance this is not the store, they will try to up-charge for any little thing. read more

I live in Edmond and only used this store since it was on my way to where I was already going. I am a BIG online shopper and frequently (weekly) have items to return through UPS. The owner of this particular location is quite a piece of work. Wow, his "rule" is you only get one piece of tape per box!?! The stores I normally use in Oklahoma City and Edmond gladly help me when a box needs a Little extra reinforcement. While I was there, I hear another employee (as the owner watched) tell a handicapped gentleman WITH a small child in tow that he would have to pay $2.58 for a printed label. So this meant that the man had to leave the store in his WHEELCHAIR to get the money from his car. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I can't even understand how a business owner could do that. I will never use this store again based on their "rules", attitude and lack of human kindness. Do yourself a favor and go to another store that will treat their customers right. In reply to this owner's response Below, Anyone in the store could Clearly see it was Quite difficult for this customer to go back to his car, especially with a very young child in tow. And am I NOT "confused" about which store I was patronizing. This IS the location I am Reviewing. Worst service I have ever had. Tuesday at 2pm on 12/7/2021 I was returning Amazon products. Several to Kolhs and 1 to UPS. At UPS the young girl WOULD not take my Amazon return because I didn't have a box or original package to return. I went to my car and got a bag I had used to return items at Kohl's with no problem, she refused the bag. I have never had to supply a package or bag before and am very angry. She was condescending and her fake nice ( have a nice day bull. ) was very insulting. She would not give me her name because it wasn't relevant and I didn't need it. Store # 5312 at 2119 Riverwalk Dr. In Moore OK. I will follow up with a manager chat and a call to Amazon. I just tried to call the manager. Well Diane is the manager and the little rude girl. I talked to Amazon and NO BOX OR PACKAGING IS REQUIRED. She is to lazy to do her job and is pissing off customers as I saw in a previous review. They even told one gentleman that he couldn't read. I needed some invitations printed today so I tried: our office copier - it printed in double vision; Fed Ex Kinkos - they are not allowed to use my card stock that was less than 8.5 x 11; Office Depot - they could not use my card stock because it had foil and the laser printer would burn it up; and UPS Store at Riverwalk in Moore - they printed them for me and the invites look great! My Heros! They were helpful, friendly, and got the job done. I hope if any of you have printing needs, you'll give them a try. read more

It's no wonder these guys have a bad review. I showed up on a Saturday trying to get a notary which their website says they do. When I got there they said they only do notary certain hours of the day. If this is the case you can't advertise you do notary service without some sort of annotation that it's limited hours on your website. I recommended they update their website but I guarantee this will never happen. read more

The owner is rude and nasty. The girls that work here are sweet and helpful but the owner treats people very poorly. I have had multiple negative experiences with him and seen others experience the same. He called me lazy for not having my box taped. I will gladly pay for tape in addition to any packing material and shipping costs that I am already going to be charged, and don't appreciate being called names for attempting to use services that a business provides and charges for. Every other UPS store I have been to is helpful with questions about packing or shipping and more than willing to assist. Lesson learned, do not go to this location if you have questions or don't have your things 100% ready. Which clearly means not to bring anything In that needs to be packed even if it's a time where nobody else is there. read more

One of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. $500 to ship for packages 3 day. Incredibly rude and expensive.

I have used this store for years. The people are great, they get me in and out in just a few minutes. These guys know what their doing when it comes to shipping. I had a customer who wanted a package to Chicago in 2 days. I told the clerk I needed to send it 2nd day air, Then he explained to me his UPS Ground service went to Chicago in 2 days. No need for the extra expense for air service when ground got it there in the same time. They don't like making a fast buck. They want long term repeat customers read more
