Each and every time I use this store I am overwhelmed by their kindness and their efforts to help me with my business' needs. I trust them and they never let me down. When you are a small business and just getting started the trust that you can develop with a support business means everything. I'm just so thankful that they're 5 miles away from me. Worst customer service ever! Returned AT&T equipment 3 months ago and kept receipt. Just realized today that they didn't put a tracking number on it and they refuse to look up by the return reference number on receipt. Lady was very rude to both me and the AT&T lady on 3 way call. read more

This is an easy location to access, right off the traffic light at Bridge Street. The place does a brisk business but the wait is not long at all except at holiday times. The store has all the shipping supplies you could need just at higher prices than a big box store. Sometimes I have a return shipment already labeled by the party I did business with and it is just a matter of dropping off the package. This is real easy to accomplish. I had a handful of Amazon packages that I needed to return. I also wanted boxes to ship some of my art in and to ask a few questions about the process. I ended up at this location, located in an old bank. The guy running the front counter had my 3 return packages scanned, labels printed and applied, and a return tracking slip in hand extremely quickly. He then helped me figured out what sized boxes would be best and most cost effective for my unique sized canvases, and gave me a few tips for shipping, as a small business owner. Very friendly and helpful, and much appreciated. read more

This space is located a couple miles from my home, and so when I have a package that is ready to go (return postage guaranteed), I can simply walk in and place the item in a collection box in the lobby and trust that it will get there. No line, no fuss. The reason that I don't rate this place higher is because there doesn't seem to be enough help during the rush times and they don't have nearly the supply of inventory that the Greenwood UPS has. This place has a cluttered/unfinished look to it and I've had difficulty finding shipping supplies that fit my needs. The Greenwood UPS looks like it was designed with customers in mind and looks like a place that you can get a lot of things done besides simply shipping a package. As I've said in the Greenwood review, I often drive the 10 miles instead of the 2 if I am going to need to deal with the service counter. On my most recent visit, I was the only one in the place and I wasn't even greeted when I came in to drop off a prepaid package. What happened to greeting customers? I had been a regular for printing architectural drawings for a few years at this store. I went in one day to pick up some prints and was speaking with the young lady at the counter and enquired about the guy who usually did it because I had asked for them to be bound and they were not. I was going to ask if he would bind them while I waited. The employee in question stormed out of the back room and very angrily told me he had never seen me befor and that it pissed him off that people were always talking behind his back and stormed out. I had done business with him 30-40 times. The guy is obviously a paranoid, without a memory. I have seen him be rude to other customers. Tall, skinny, light brown hair and beard. As I left he and the manager were out back smoking so I couldn't resolve it then. I called the manager who seems to be a buddy of this guy and he promised to have the owner contact me, never happened. The short explanation is that it is run by the equivalent of teenagers with an owner who doesn't care and a manager who will cover for his buddies. read more

This Camby store #3777 used to be pretty good, but it's been years and I wrote off going back after several unproductive visits. Since they are a convenient Amazon return drop off site, I thought they couldn't screw that up. I have been using UPS store for my printing needs, and they always go above and beyond. I needed a poster made for my mom's 70th birthday party. they helped get the collage of pictures centered the way I wanted and got it printed and ready for me to pick up on my way there. Big surprise, and looked great on the waffle board. Nick and his team always step up to the challenge for us, and I'm sure we are not alone there. Great to work with! Staff is always happy, and appreciative, and I love that. Many places you just get a millennial grunt, and evil eye for disrupting whatever is so important on their phones. It's a breath of fresh air when greeted professionally, and with genuine concern. I've read some of the other less positive reviews, and delivery not showing up on time is not the store's fault. I will continue to use this store for my shipping and printing needs. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I am a legally blind teacher, and when my school's printer malfunctioned I needed this store's help to print exams for my class. there were only two people in the store, when I entered, and it was only 415p. When I sent my printing job to the store's computer, the store manager himself said I would not be helped - they had a shipment due out at 6p, and my printing was just not a priority. I was commanded to step out of line and "wait awhile." the manager, meanwhile, proceeded to help an old man fax a letter. That process took over ten minutes, when mine would have taken merely seconds to send to the printer. (I can get my own copies from the tray, so effort on his part was not needed.) Several other customers came in the store after that, all of whom were helped, and so I got back in line to try my luck again. When it came my turn, I was again commanded to step out of line - this time very aggressively and rudely - but I protested. I stated that he had helped several people and sent a fax, and that all he had to do was hit the "print" button for me to get my product. He told me it wasn't going to happen, and that if I wanted my print I just need to stand there and wait until he gets to it. Since I cannot drive because of my vision loss, and since I really had nowhere else to go, I waited. Eventually another person came to help, but since the manager had mistreated me, she felt she could as well. She made several snide comments about how I was interrupting them, and that she shouldn't have to be monitoring a printer, and I responded that this is supposed to be a service the store offers every customer. She made sure my print job was going, then left. Midway through printing, the paper ran out. they were swamped, and I really didn't want to have to deal with them again, and so I loaded more paper. This was a mistake. The manager began to scream at me in front of a store full of customers, humiliating me and causing yet even more stress than his staff had already caused. As a disabled person, the manager's and employee's attitude and mistreatment made me feel very unsafe and unwelcome just being in the store. The worst part: when I contacted UPS corporate about my concerns, NOTHING WAS DONE. I never heard back from them, never received a refund for my trouble - nothing. Do not go to this store - go to Plainfield, or better yet, the UPS store on US 36. They actually assist you without being verbally abusive. read more

We are a local business and need to ship things several times a week. We recently used this store to send a package and were told it would be there the weekend. The person we were sending to would be out of town for several months and was leaving on Sunday so it had to had to get there before then! Well we paid well over $100 to make sure that would happen. The costumer we were sending it to messages that the tracking info says it will not arrive until MONDAY!! Why?? Why then did i have to pay so much for it to just be there Monday! Also we felt like were we being talked down to and treated poorly. We will never use this store again! I would suggest to anyone to drive just that few more minutes to use a different location! read more

I sent a solar inverter to Puerto Rico on 02/15/2018. On 03/02/2018, the solar inverter has not arrived and cannot be tracked because the website states it is still waiting for the package to be dropped off. I call the UPS Store and the package is there for lack of a form that needed to be filled out. No phone call, no notification, no nothing. On top of that, when I called at 6:30 and they closed at 7:00, the young man on the phone said he could not even help me until Saturday because he had customers in the store and could not get the paperwork ready before 7:00. I paid almost $70 for this service and they dropped the ball. Electricity in Puerto Rico has not been re-established to large parts of the island since the hurricane and UPS has delayed my friend having solar-powered electricity for another two weeks. Very poor service and the lack of any urgency to fix the issue has certainly gone down the drain as well. I going back to using USPS. read more

For years my husband & I have used this UPS store to make blue prints and it's ALWAYS been a positive experience. They're locally owned, friendly and helpful. It's hard to find hometown service like theirs anymore. Over the years they've come in early, stayed late and dropped things off to us on their own time just to help us out. Will never use them again. I had them pack and ship my deceased Mother's Ceramic Christmas tree. I paid almost $100 for packing, box and shipping. The tree arrived shattered. When I tried to put in a claim they said I was not eligible. It would appear that if you have them pack anything it is at your own risk. I am so sad that my Mother's tree is beyond repair. read more

This is my local UPS Store. After a remodel, they have completely revamped their decor and copy machines. They always do their best to meet my shipping and copy/print needs. I've never had an issue with a package arriving late or damaged. They are super nice and there is usually a shorter line than at the post office. read more

We are a new business and wanted to use a local business that has been good for use for our personal shipping. We had to get a part to Texas the next day. We went in the Friday morning and paid $135 to get the part there for a new customer. $135 is more than the part cost, but it was an emergency. The part did not arrive until Tuesday. When we went in to talk to them. The girl who was working couldn't help but thought the owner who was the one who rang it up might have forgotten to check a box that would have gotten it there the next day. She asked that I return and talk to him the next day. I had a second exact same part to send but weren't in a rush this time. I took it to the post office and sent it priority with a receipt and $200 insurance. I mailed it on Friday, it arrived on Monday and cost $17.85. When I went back to see the owner. He told me he never said it would be there next day and if he had it would have cost $750.00. It was not excessively heavy or large. He was unwilling to even discuss it with me just continued to say, " no, that's not what I said, hun. I decided thAt we will use anyone anywhere else. I would have even accepted if he said I'm sorry.
