On July 16, 2024, I visited the store to print some documents. An employee's tone of voice was noticeably unpleasant when she asked, "Can we help you?"--it came across as irritated or frustrated. When I requested assistance, she refused to print my copy. I calmly asked to speak with another employee, but she declined my request. At that point, I chose to remove myself from the building and she contacted the police while waiting outside. Injustice On that day i was verbally trespassed from the owners private property. Bad business / Bad Attitudes. This is my true experience

IMO the kiosks do not save time - especially when there are older people using them or ppl with multiple returns. The store workers DO NOT offer to help patrons with Amazon codes or any other codes. They always send them to the kiosks EVEN WHEN THERE'S A LONG LINE & they're just sitting around doing absolutely nothing, sitting on counters talking to each other. At least other UPS stores like the one in west Ashley will assist customers.
